Great Experience! I went to Germain Honda for an oil change and regular service check. I ended up needing a new set of tires. Mine were bald! Jerrod made sure that I I went to Germain Honda for an oil change and regular service check. I ended up needing a new set of tires. Mine were bald! Jerrod made sure that I was shuttled back to my house so I did not have to sit in the waiting room all day. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this service department to my friends. More

Cold Shoulder At first Greg was extremely friendly, then when he learned that our son in law is an engineer at Honda, he basically showed us the door. We asked if we could have the Accord and Civic brochures we were looking at, and he grabbed them saying they were the only copies they had. I find it extremely hard to believe that the entire dealership only has one copy of each car brochure! (especially since when car shopping before, I have received them at every dealership, regardless of how close we were to buying a car)( Also our son in law informed us that they receive a virtually unlimited supply of these) We were unable to actually open or see inside any civics, and test driving a car was obviously out of the question. Worst customer service in a dealership ever!!! More

Wood was amazing! No pressure sales and I said exactly what I wanted and Woody made it happen. I am a single mother and I brought my kids with me to the dealership. The No pressure sales and I said exactly what I wanted and Woody made it happen. I am a single mother and I brought my kids with me to the dealership. The staff was patient and timely with responses. I ended up getting the exact deal I wanted and Woody was wonderful. We were there for quite awhile, it would have been nice if they would have had complimentary drinks and snacks. I think I spent about $10 in the vending machines. More
