Stress free car buying! I have purchased a total of 5 Hondas over the years from Chris Glover, and will never buy a car from anyone else. There has never been any high pressure sales tactics, or trying to talk me into more car than I went in to buy. Very poor customer service I have bought Honda Odyssey 1 week ago. and the car pic showed that it has floor mats. after taking the car home, the mat was missing. i went back lat I have bought Honda Odyssey 1 week ago. and the car pic showed that it has floor mats. after taking the car home, the mat was missing. i went back later to ask about it, they gave me CR-V mat which of course doesn't fit in the car. I went to the manager to complain, He spoke to me very roughly and said ?you didn't buy the car with same price in the website, you negotiated the price so, you're not ganna get it as it was in the website?. in addition, I asked why you don't show the car to me as it on your website, He said we leave the car opened outside, maybe someone opened it and took the floor mat. anyway we're not going to give you anything now (the manager said). I was very shocked about this way of speaking from a manager in big company like Germain. also, i didn't know that they have security issue and anyone can open the car and take any stuff from it and then they blame me because I negotiated the price and didn't check car well before I leave. Also, i had another issue during financing, I advise everyone to get your pre-approval from your bank in advance. (while I'm doing financing there , I refused to add warranty to the car, but the financing person kept pushing and asking why i don't buy warranty? at last, i did't add warranty and the financing person's face turned red and it was very obvious he's angry and upset. after that I asked about the lowest rate i got, He gave me one the rates offered and said this the best offer for you. It sounded to me that I would had better rate but he didn't tell me because i didn't buy the warranty). I can't believe that they have that level of customer service. I'm very upset the way treated me and handled the issue. ( the floor mat is not big deal, I'm just concerning about their poor custmer service which is against my expectation. More
