I had additional needs in regards to a rental and he took the time to give the Hertz department a call for me. I appreciate great customer service and Jerrod was a great example. Additionally, Frank Pulsinelli was excellent as usual. He was my original salesman and he was engaged on this service due to a body fix. He took care of the rental details and called me back when my Honda was finished. I appreciate Frank's efforts as well. Thanks! More

From being in the business 15+ years he had excellent experiential sympathy for the customer; he knew not to pressure sales, keep a visit timely and informative, and made sure he took care of needs that exceeded typical customer service (i.e. washing my car in a maintenance visit, fixing a small issue that we had not originally agreed upon in the paperwork). His knowledge of car history was beneficial, too; because of him, I learned it was a smart move to invest in the 2012 Accord transmission since it was most refined at that point before Honda switched to CVT transmission. I appreciate how he looked out for my needs and did not push me to buy something when I wasn't comfortable, even though they do have quick turnover in their lot. I would absolutely recommend John to anyone interested in a used car here. "Just ask for Schmitty!" Aside from sales / customer service, Germain Honda of Dublin had great prices and were tough to beat. I searched for my type of car with certain mileage and price restrictions, and the result was Germain had the most competitive prices in 75 miles on Autotrader; it was roughly ten Germain cars in a row until the next dealer came close. Great value for sure. More

Jerrod identified and solved an issue I wasn't even aware of I have been overwhelmingly satisfied with my total experience with this dealership from the sale to the service. However, my experience with Germain Honda and my service advisor, Jerrod Ridgeway this week is just one more reason why I will continue to do business here. I came in for a simple oil change. Jerrod noticed that a more comprehensive service was going to be due in short order. In order to avoid another day without a car, he explained what would be covered in the scheduled maintenance service. Some would have seen this as a potential "upsell" but I've learned that unlike many dealers, this is not common at Germain. To say I am glad I chose to have the maintenance performed on Tuesday would be an understatement. Jerrod identified an issue with my brakes that, if left unaddressed, would have resulted in a very costly repair. Additionally, he worked with their Warranty Administrator to get much of it covered under my factory warranty. Had I waited to do this service, my warranty would have expired as later in the same week, I flipped 36,000 miles. Thank you Jerrod for your professionalism. More
