Eddie Sorrel is terrible at dealing with customers I went to Germain Honda of Dublin this past weekend to try and discuss a very strange bill my grandma had received from them after a misunderstanding I went to Germain Honda of Dublin this past weekend to try and discuss a very strange bill my grandma had received from them after a misunderstanding with another service adviser at their location, we spoke to Eddie Sorrel and it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. He was immediately condescending with her when it was apparent she wanted to discuss problems with a bill, when asked if he could explain the various charges for us he would speak only in code and when asked what codes like B-1 or C-2 actually meant he abruptly told us he couldn't help us. At this point my aunt was frustrated and tried again to get him to explain what these service codes actually entailed, his tone of voice became less condescending and more irate. He told us to leave and come back when a manager was there, though he wasn't sure when that would be. Overall he was just a very combative and unpleasant person, not the kind of personality that should ever be put in charge of representing a business. More
