Appointment for CD player I always drive to Germain Honda for service. I called to make an appointment, I explained the issue was w/my CS player and specifically space 5. I told the guy I had sort of forced it in, I didn't have the "load" indicator yet but had pushed the load button. The csd player quit working immediately and I kept getting a Mechanical Error message. The service guy indicated they would look at it and try to repair it in house but if they couldn't fix it, they'd have to ship it out. He set me up for an appointment for 8:30 AM on Saturday April, 25th. When I got there I pulled in the garage and was approached by a man in his early 40s. He asked why I was there and I told him I came to have my CD player looked at. He said "We don't fix them." He asked if I had an appointment and I told him I did. I told him what happened and that the guy on the phone told me they would look at it and try to fix it. He said the guy on the phone I'd spoken to probably didn't have the whole story. He walked away for a minute and upon his return I assured him the guy I'd spoken to on the phone to set up the appointment knew very well what had happened. and assured me they "tried to fix them in house first before sending them out." So this guy says we'll have to send it out, he says all they do is take them out and shake them to see if kids had shoved change in them. I told him I'd driven 28 miles, (which would be 56 miles round trip), to get there. He seemed unconcerned and tells me he's going to call the mechanic and see if they'd fix it based on the info I'd given him. I follow him to his desk, he gets my name (he'd not even asked me my name up to that point" then pulls up my information on their computer. He asked me if I'd had my timing belt changed, I replied I had elsewhere (the receipt in in my glove box). He picked up the phone then put it down saying the lines were busy he'd walk over and talk to the mechanic. The lines didn't look busy from what I could see and he was gone all of three minutes. He said they wouldn't work on it. I was very upset told him I was disappointed, told him the guy on phone who set up the appointment had all of the facts before he set a date/time and I reiterated I'd driven 28 miles at 7:30 in the morning to be sure I got there on time. I left and on Sunday, the next day, I took a letter opener out to my truck, turned on the radio and stuck the letter opener in the slot for the cd and moved it around in there, pushed up then down and heard a click, and the cd ejected. I was then able to eject the other 5 cds and no, there were not two in space 5, it simply did not seat correctly when I shoved it in there a couple of months before. I'm now able to use the cd player, all 6 slots. You may think I am happy and I am, but I'm not happy w/the level of customer service I got from Germain Honda. Service dept. I've always thought they were a fantastic dealership w/great customer service, but I was very disappointed this time. I'd have been happy if they'd at least looked at it, would have made my drive worthwhile. Yeah I saved $110, but I was prepared to pay that if it fixed the problem, saving it does not take away the bad taste in my mouth after dealing w/this rude service person and making a 56 mile round trip for nothing, bright and early in the morning. I could have slept in. I could have made an appointment to see homes as I'm looking to purchase....instead I had to do that in the rain. More
Great Customer Service I made the appt to drop off my 2011 Honda Accord in the afternoon for routine maintenance: (oil and filter change, tires rotated and new wiper blade I made the appt to drop off my 2011 Honda Accord in the afternoon for routine maintenance: (oil and filter change, tires rotated and new wiper blades) and leave it over night to be detailed the next day. The dealership is about 25 miles from me. Kevin arranged for a shuttle to take me home and also pick me up the next day. That is such a convenience and service to the MAX.! Kevin called me at home to tell me the maintenance I had requested was completed. But, during the multi point inspection my brake fluid and transmission fluids needed to be replaced. He explained exactly why and what it would cost. He also had everything detailed in writing when I picked up my car and he explained all of it thoroughly to me. The car looked brand new after being detailed and serviced. Kevin was courteous, friendly and professional. Outstanding Customer Service! More

We agreed that on my next Complete Car Care visit, we will do the 30,000 mile service. More
Excellent Service Experience I took my car in for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Eddie. I explained that I would like to drop the car off and get a shuttle to my of I took my car in for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Eddie. I explained that I would like to drop the car off and get a shuttle to my office and would like to be contacted when the car is ready. Eddie immediately gathered the information he needed and saw to my getting a shuttle to work. I picked the car up later that afternoon and to my surprise I also had received a car wash. The service at Germain Honda is AWESOME. The people in the service department are always super friendly and don't try to upsale with things that I don't want, they instead they provide me with information and advise on my car care. Thank you for a great customer experience and keep up the great work. More
Donna was great! Very efficient Dropped my car of the night before getting the oil charge and detailed. Donna knew that I wanted to pick it up for the holiday weekend. Well taken care of and super fast This location i would say is the best in the columbus area, everyone is nice and welcomes you. Results and quality of yearly detailing. overall it was satisfactory but with a couple of faults and criticisms. The outside detailing was very good but the inside work was less than my expec overall it was satisfactory but with a couple of faults and criticisms. The outside detailing was very good but the inside work was less than my expectations. My greatest complaint was the use of some kind of spray deodorant that was so strong that it affected my eyes and breathing. I am a senior with asthma and the odor caused me some discomfort. In the future I wish that they would ask me if I wanted the sprays. The floor mats were very slippery from some kind of spray. Lastly, I thought that the engine compartment would be cleaned to some extent and I was disappointed that it wasn't done. More
