Our salesman, Kris Rivers, was very professional and accommodating to every request we had. The used cars finance manager, JB, took wonderful care of us as well. And, finally, their body shop did a wonderful job fixing up some cosmetic issues our new car had before we received it. However, their attention to detail is just awful. I find it entirely unacceptable to spend $22K on a car and get less than a quarter tank of gas upon picking it up. Likewise, the interior of the car had not been touched and there was dust everywhere. Overall, I am sure if we had called Kris to complain he would have had it taken care of for us but we simply did not have that kind of time - it had already been a week since we initially took the car out for a test drive due to time spent in the body shop and having hand controls installed. Oh! And, while I'm on the topic, another detail that I find unacceptable is the fact that they park their vehicles in the handicap parking spots. Yes, I did attempt to take this up directly with their staff before writing this review and nothing was done about it a week later when we returned. Now, I understand this affects only a few of their potential customers, but space is VERY limited on their lot and when your primary customer is a quadriplegic who needs the transferring space this is a huge inconvenience and a clear indication that they don't seem to value all their customers equally. If they actually detailed their cars before selling them and were more considerate of disabled customers, Germain Honda could certainly earn a 5-star review. However, after seeing similar reviews regarding detailing issues online, I'm pretty convinced they are likely well aware of their shortcomings and have done nothing to fix them. More

I told him I didn't have an appointment but I called and Dave told me come on in. Mr.Robinson said with a smile that's not a problem at all. I couldn't remember if tires rotation was covered under my VIP package and Mr. Robinson said not to worry about I will look into it . He explain my service to me and made sure my car got washed. I've had my car for almost 3 years and I must say that Mr.Robinson has been the nicest service guy I've had. More

Car sale I've been dealing with Greg Kimbro for years. Before I met him, anytime i went car shopping I always felt "sold". and left feeling like I had been tak I've been dealing with Greg Kimbro for years. Before I met him, anytime i went car shopping I always felt "sold". and left feeling like I had been taken advantage of. I never feel that with Greg. I tell him what I'm looking for, the payment I want and he always makes it happen! He made the whole deal go so smoothly the first time, I took my daughter and future son-in-law there for their first new car. They felt the same way. Car didn't start, got a new battery for free :) Got my car towed in... didn't start. 2 hours later, got a free new replacement battery, and drove home.
