Kevin Withers Excellent Service! Kevin has been my service writer for my Honda Accord for a few years now. It is time he gets some recognition. If i have an issue with the car i can alway call Kevin for his opinion. If he is not available he will call back within minutes. He is able to get my car in for service in a timely manner whether it is emergency maintenance or for an oil change. He explains in laymen's terms what the issue is and what was done and how it affects my car's performance. It is nice to know i have someone that will give me an honest answer as to what is going on with my car and makes sure it is taken care of in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Body Work After I was rear ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of me, I took my car in to get fixed up. I called in immediately after the accident, had my car taken there, dropped off the keys, and basically everything was handled by the awesome people at Germain. I was set up with a rental vehicle on site, and called as soon as my vehicle was ready. Everything was taken care of for me, I didn't have to put any extra effort in to make sure my car was taken care of. I just got my car back a couple days ago and it looks so good everyone has been asking if it's brand new!
