Oil Change and Tire Rotation Charlie provided great service when I went in for this routine maintenance. My appointment was on a Monday morning and as it happened, the large gara Charlie provided great service when I went in for this routine maintenance. It was being repaired on Monday so everyone had to enter through the other end of the service dept. I had pulled in and was waiting for someone to help me. Body Work After I was rear ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of me, I took my car in to get fixed up. I called in immediately after the accident, had my car taken there, dropped off the keys, and basically everything was handled by the awesome people at Germain. I was set up with a rental vehicle on site, and called as soon as my vehicle was ready. Everything was taken care of for me, I didn't have to put any extra effort in to make sure my car was taken care of. I just got my car back a couple days ago and it looks so good everyone has been asking if it's brand new! Just wanted to say thank you to everyone that worked on it, I'm truly pleased with the work done. More
