This was the first time I was buying a car, and Schmitty made the process so easy. I came in looking for a used car, and I drove away in a used Honda Accord EXL 2013. Exactly what I wanted. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and confident in my purchase. I made the choice on the type of car I wanted, although I was open to suggestions, and Schmitty guided me in the right direction. I went to 2 other locations where that was not the case. The dealers were pushing cars on me that I did not want to look at (including new cars) The difference between dealerships is uncanny. I will continue using Germain Honda of Dublin for future purchases (if needed!), and I will certainly recommend you guys! More

My next car, after the accident totaled mine! My daughter graduated from college in May and needed a car. We stopped at Germain Honda and were greeted by Kris. He spend a good part of the afternoon showing us cars. He was so pleasant, polite, and patient. She ended up buying a car from him and absolutely loves it! Last week, I was involved in an automobile accident. The car I bought (from Germaine Ford) just a year ago, was totaled. I had to get another car so I went back to Germaine Honda, looking for Kris. He is awesome. He remembered me from buying my daughters car. He was so sincerely sorry for my accident and was eager to help me find a new car. He did just that and gave me a great deal. We have 4 drivers at our house and now have our 4th Honda. Two of them were bought at Germain Honda. I will definitely go back there for any future cars. Thanks Kris!! More

I made an appointment the next morning at 10:30 am. I met this smiling, energetic man named Winslow. He ask me what I was looking for in a vehicle. After a short discussion he took me to a 2016 CRV. His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. He had me sold in 5 minutes. By 12:00 he had me financed ( my credit was less than perfect) and I was signing the papers. It has never been that easy or quick when I have bought other vehicles at other dealerships. Not even when I paid cash for my last vehicle! While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced ( it literally just came of the truck) Winslow checked on me frequently to ensure my comfort and to keep me updated. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and salesman!! More
