Mr. Nishi --> My sales person, before buying or selecting the car he understood my need and suggested best car which fulfills my need. I appreciate his work and time spent with me to make right choice. He did not hesitate to explain if anything this is asked for. He is very friendly with his customer. He convinced to make right choice and finally walked out with key in my hand. I would not hesitate to recommend him as best sales person. Erin Danial --> Simply excellent at her work. She helped me with get connected with person either via phone call or email. Mr. Lew Karbler --> Mr. Lew Karbler was my finance manager and he did my all paper work on 20th June 2015. Got the temporary plate number and have been told that all paper work was done excellent and there is no problem and I should be getting the paper for title in my mail box in 2-3 weeks time. After 2 weeks I tried follow up with honda made numerous call but response experience was very bad used to keep on hold for long time after connecting to someone never used to get on phone with person and phone used to get disconnected. Few times got an option to leave voice mail but there is no response after leaving the voice message as well. While calling somehow got connected to Erin Danial via email and she helped me with to get connected to Mr. Lew and got the call the call from Mr. Lew to visit him, later got to know that Mr. Lew screwed my paper work and he did not bother to inform me that I need to visit him to sign the paper again. however Mr. Lew got to know in 2-3 days time that my paper work was wrongly done even though he did not bother to get back to me. Thanks to Erin who helped me to connect with Mr. Lew and visited him on 9th July to sign the paper again and yet to hear from him. Note: Overall I am very much satisfied with Germain Honda of Dublin except service received from Finance manager Mr. Lew Karbler. More

Great Experiences at Germain Honda Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and thought I needed a wheel alignment. Jerrod was courteous and quick to get me checked in. After an hour Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and thought I needed a wheel alignment. Jerrod was courteous and quick to get me checked in. After an hour he came and got me and said they were done. Ended up that I did not need the wheel alignment; the car was fine. I was very appreciative; he saved me time and money. This dealership pretty much puts their final price online, versus the old standard of negotiating a fair price after talking with a salesperson. Also, we purchased the vehicle which was newly turned in as a leased vehicle so it wasn't cleaned up when we purchased it and were told it would be just a few days to get the body work and detailing done. It ended up being a week and a half, which was disappointing to say the least, but I felt like the dealership communicated with us during that time that circumstances were keeping the vehicle from being finished. In the end, they met us with the finished vehicle closer to our home and replaced the front two tires which they had seen weren't in great shape. We feel like we got a good deal on a van we love and would buy from this dealership again. More
