My son was in the market for his first new car and was interested in a lease. We were referred to Rich Newsome at the dealership. Prior to actually coming to the dealership, Rich was very responsive to my interested in a lease. We were referred to Rich Newsome at the dealership. Prior to actually coming to the dealership, Rich was very responsive to my questions and concerns as we communicated via e-mail. My son was in a situation where a lease was the best chose for him. I have not been much of a lease person and I had reservations about it, but thanks to Rich I was put at ease and realized that it made good sense for my son. Rich worked out the lease price and made us a very fair offer on our trade-in, so we agreed to a deal. Rich set us with sales rep Kirti Vansadia whom we met two days later at the dealership. Kirti was excellent - just right blend of professional, courteous, knowledgable and personable. He brought out a couple of 2014 Civics for my son to look at. We got in one and test drove it and we were sold. We then sat down with Kirti and started into some of the paperwork, credit check stuff. My son was nervous because he is a recent college grad and was not sure if he had sufficient credit and he had just recently started a new job. Again, Kirti put him at ease and eventual came back with the news that my son qualified on his own. During this process Rich Newsome, who is the general sales manager, checked in with us to see how we were doing. He also took some time to talk to my son, and asked him about his college experience and his new job. As a dad I really appreciate him taking the time to talk to my son. Kirti then walked us over to the finance department and introduced us to Jackie Staten, who helped us through the finance papers and everything associated with that part of the deal. Jackie was really good at his job, clearly explained things and answered any questions we had or things we needed clarification on. He was just great, nice sense of humor and very professional. He also offered my son the option of a service contract/agreement and explained the value of such agreement as it relates to maintaining a leased vehicle. It should be noted that during this part of the process, Kirti checked back in with us a few times to make sure we were being attended to. Kirti then came back and informed us that my son's car was being prepped for delivery and would be ready in about 20 minutes. He offered us something to drink while we waited. It was nice that he didn't just make the sale and walk away; rather he kept checking on us every step of the way. I have been in sales most of my adult life and I must say that Kirti is an excellent sales rep with all the right skills. I asked him for a handful of business cards so I could refer people to him. Lastly, Kirti walked us to the area where the car is delivered, and he introduced us to Sara Callahan, who reviewed all of the technical details of the car. She was very knowledgable of the workings of everything and she did a nice job of explaining things to my son. She too was very personable. All in all, our experience at Germain Honda was absolutely fantastic. The attention we received was really noteworthy, for which we are very grateful. Prior to this visit to Germain, I had viewed the car buying experience as the worst thing in the world, second only to root canal. But this experence has completely changed my mind. One evening I was searching online again and Germain Honda of Dublin, OH came up with a couple used vehicles that I was interested in getting more information on. I emailed late that night and by the next morning I received a reply from Germain Honda's sales consultant (Norman Lerman). I had several questions for Norman and he was so extremely helpful, replying to all of my emails and keeping me well informed. Norman was able to help us get the vehicle that we wanted in our "out the door" price range. The next morning, my husband and I traveled over 300 miles from our home to purchase our new Honda Ridgeline from Norman Lerman and Germain Honda of Dublin, OH and we would definitely drive that distance again to purchase from them (and especially from Norman). If you are even considering purchasing a new/used vehicle, take my advice.....contact Norman Lerman at Germain Honda of Dublin, OH - you will not be disappointed. More
Our purchase of our Honda Accord with Kirti was one of the best we have had in buying cars (and we've been doing so since 1968). I gave a rating overall a "5-Great" because from the moment I walked in the door, or even parked my car, walked to the dealership...I was greeted and treated amazingly. The price of the 2012 Honda Accord was less then what I expected and the whole experience with Norman and the financing department was stressless. I used this dealership when I first moved here in 2000 to buy my other vehicles (when it was Immke) and I have serviced my old 2004 Honda Accord here as well. I love my new car and so glad to have given my business and time to Norman and Germain Honda of Dublin. More
I always do tons of research to find the right dealership and vehicle. I'm anal about it. This dealership had what we were looking for and had a good rating with the BBB. I spoke with a salesman on the phone with a British accent, which immediately gave me mixed feelings. I once caught a used car salesman in a lie and he walked away from me. So, needless to say I am very suspicious of used car salesmen and I don't cut them any breaks. But, the man was an older gentleman (in all sense of the word) and the British accent, that initially gave me mixed feelings, was disarming. I still had my guard up though. The price that was listed was what I paid (no haggling) and they gave me a fair price for my trade in. The vehicle that we were buying had older tires on it and our trade in had newer tires. They even allowed me to switch the tires from our old vehicle to the new vehicle. They were very accommodating and we had a very good experience. The name of the salesman was Norman Lerman. He was a true pleasure to deal with. More

The Honda Odyssey was in great shape at a fair price, and Nishi went above and beyond in service. So much so that I bought that day - no pressure, he just delivered what I needed. Jackie, the finance manager was great as well, I only waited a couple of minutes and he was very professional and personal. Will be back soon to buy another in the next year. More
Friendly staff and good experience. This was the first time I ever bought a car from a dealership, I had only bought from individuals in the past. They were willing to negotiate a great deal on a great used car. They even installed a brand new battery before I drove it away without me even requesting a new battery. My only complaint is that they didn't disclose the $250 doc. fee during negotiations. More
