My wife and I were looking for a very specific vehicle and Ryan was able to find us two models. Purchasing a car is right up there with one of my most hated processes given that you never really know if you are getting a good deal because of the lack of transparency in what the car was purchased for as well as what the real cost of what was done to the vehicle at the dealership. The back and forth on the price and being told that this is "as low as we can go" only to have it go lower is something I wish could be avoided entirely but I also understand this is part of the whole deal. I find Mr. Cox to be less of a salesman that most of the people I have worked with in the past which was a refreshing change. Ryan worked hard during a busy holiday season and never became frustrated or irritated and I believe wanted to get us the best deal possible. I would recommend Ryan to any of my other friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. More
