I brought my car in on 1/26/13, because fluid was leaking, and when I turned the wheels, it was making a terrible grinding noise. Curt immediately greeted me and took my car back to be checked. I picked my vehicle up about 3 hours later. Curt personally took me to my vehicle, popped the hood, and went over everything that was fixed, how to check the fluids levels and maintain them. I feel more eduacted,and a better understanding of where things are. THis is a perfect example of excellent customer service.
