I am always apprehensive when having to look for a car. My husband and I had already been to several local dealerships in hopes of finding the car that we were looking for with the best price. I read the reviews for Germain and thought I would give them a try. I worked with Tammy Piper who was very accesible, patient and clearly had my and my husband's best interests in mind. She was very eager to find the car that we wanted and was helpful in aiding us in making a decision between the two. There was never any sense of pressure regarding the price or time needed to make the decision. She stayed well past her shift to assist us and offered to come in on her day off. I would HIGHLY recommend working with her and plan on continuing to meet with her for our car needs. More

Eddie Sorrell fixed The problem in my 2008 CRV LX that I had had in for service four times this past year for the same problem. The car vibrated badly in the seat and on the floor especially in the right f had had in for service four times this past year for the same problem. The car vibrated badly in the seat and on the floor especially in the right front at 60 - 65 miles per hour. He took a personal interest in the problem and worked on it until he figured out what was causing the vibration and he corrected it. I am so grateful to him for taking care of this. We have also had the first service on one of the cars and it was a great experience - easy, very professional, friendly service staff, on time and quick! Even the service waiting area is set up to make the customer as comfortable as possible, paying attention to varying needs (a quiet work area, drinks, tv area and kid friendly).
