They work hard on customer service and it shows! Biggest cause of the 4 rating -- closing the deal took nearly 2 hours from the moment we said yes! Finance needs to be a lot more productive and efficient. Lots of sitting and waiting before we even saw the FM. Ridiculous really, almost to the point at 10:15 pm that I was ready to walk! Picking up the SUV was a very nice experience. Guys in the shop were quick in getting plates transferred, answering questions and getting us out in good time! More
