She is truly one of the most positive, friendly people you could have the pleasure working with. My service turned out to be much more than planned, and she was empathetic, understanding, and very soothing. She did not try to sugar-coat things. She simply responded as a friend who cared about my personal situation, while still maintaining professionalism. It is quite a balance to achieve this. I can assure you, she shines in her approach to customers. You should feel very proud about having her as an employee. I have been in the Customer Service firld for 30 years, so have high expectations. She far exceeded them! I will always ask for her in the future. Please don't let her go anywhere!
