Very good at communicating information and providing status of viewing vehicle and offering alternatives to those already sold that you were interested in, which is going the extra mile. There is a spec status of viewing vehicle and offering alternatives to those already sold that you were interested in, which is going the extra mile. There is a specific vehicle I was looking for, and when the car was quickly sold before I could go to the dealership Mark Warner was able to suggest other vehicles that might have been of interest to me. Although the other vehicle was not what I was looking for, it was a breath of fresh air to be provided the option. Great customer care and service! More
