Bad customer service. The agent for service was very rude. Waiting for more than 2 hours diagnostic of my car and no updates from him until I asked. I was there so early and the people before me and aft rude. Waiting for more than 2 hours diagnostic of my car and no updates from him until I asked. He added, the guy service doing the diagnostic been there since 1998. He added " I am not trying to be a smart xxx in here" I said, what's your point? This is the first time I actually enjoyed buying a car. I had gone to the dealership where I bought my CRV 10 years ago and was totally turned off by the salesperson. He isn’t pushy at all and was very helpful in explaining all the new features and determining what model would meet my needs. He also kept me up to date on when my vehicle was being manufactured and transported to the dealership. I also feel that we got a very fair deal on our trade in. Just a note- we kept the CRV and traded a car that was not a Honda even though it was 5 years newer. Loved my CRV and love my new Pilot. And Chris will be my go to salesperson in the future. More
