We are sorry to hear about your experience here. Typically, with a diagnostic of your magnitude, where numerous lights are on the dash, we ask that customers drop off the vehicle to give us ample time with it. Since you made a web appointment, we were unable to make this suggestion. We did have one of our master technicians working on your vehicle, but with lots of issues going on at once, it does take some time to pin down what the issue is with the vehicle.
