I have only bought new Hondas since 1988, from different Honda dealerships in several states, and Germain Honda is by far the best Honda dealership that I have ever dealt with. I worked with Winslow ('Big Win') Johnson, Marcello Frustaci, and Dontay Hunter. They were all very professional, patient and pleasant to work with. Winslow and Marcello worked with me and my wife to get us into a new, Accord Sport, despite our less than perfect credit. We got the car we wanted, at the price and payments that we were happy with. As long as we live in Ohio, we will only buy cars from Germain Honda. Make sure to ask for Winslow Johnson. He's a true professional who makes customer satisfaction his top priority. More

I bought a car here less than 2 months ago and am now at a total of over $6k of repairs (on a $11k car) that I have needed to have done to it, some of these repairs occurring within 2 weeks of purchase and a total of over $6k of repairs (on a $11k car) that I have needed to have done to it, some of these repairs occurring within 2 weeks of purchase and they have refused to do anything to help with any of it. Now the head gasket has blown, among other issues, and I need to replace the engine. I’m sure they’ve covered themselves legally but the lack of sympathy or help in any form is highly disappointing and unethical. Please avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Just bought a used Jeep from Germain Honda of Dublin, and during the sales process I noticed a small engine tick. Germain promised to let the tick be fixed IF we purchased the car first. I took it to a Jeep dealership to get checked out, and they discovered $1,800 worth of immediate repairs. (Less than 48 hrs after purchase) They promised up and down to take care of us, but are now refusing repair or replacement. We have been let down at every turn. I have also since discovered that they knew about the issue before the car was sold, and declined to get it fixed. Sales manager was extremely rude and condescending when I called about the issue. The goal was obviously to pass along the repair to the next owner. Extremely disappointed in the dishonesty and sliminess shown. More
