Adam Kocak truly made the car-buying experience smooth and easy. I was extremely worn out from a months-long car shopping experience full of other dealerships being disrespectful and dishonest. I was blow and easy. I was extremely worn out from a months-long car shopping experience full of other dealerships being disrespectful and dishonest. I was blown away by the stark differences at Germain Honda of Dublin. The team there was dedicated to answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process, without the aggressive pressure to finance "their way" that I encountered at other dealerships. I bought a used car and during the test drive realized it needed a repair. The dealership handled the repair at-cost overnight and had the car ready to go the next day, AND provided me with accurate time estimates, which was greatly appreciated. The car was gorgeous, clean, and ready to go- they even installed the fabric mats for me. While the financing office was fairly neutral in my experience, Adam K was fantastic in every way. The manager offered to go through a different leinholder to save me a few bucks, but once I declined he immediately backed-off which was appreciated after other managerial experiences I'd had at other Honda dealerships. I can't recommend this dealership enough! Definitely ask for Adam when you go in, especially if you're a first-time car buyer. More
