Ryan Kennedy did a great job! The savings was a rather large amount which I appreciated because the suggestion would save us a lot. I opted to do everything suggested except the seal change due to need to discuss with my wife whether we should put the extra $1000 in the car at this time making a total of $2000 charge on a six year old car or consider making a change to a newer car. I told him I would keep an eye on the oil leak and add oil if needed until we decide what to do! We have not yet decided what to do. I hate to go into debt for a newer car but may yet decide to do it! More

My daughter was involved in an accident in which she was rear ended by a boy driving a truck, then a lady hit his truck and then also hit my daughter's car. As a result, the 2014 car she was driving was undrivable and ended up being totaled. The insurance company for the "at fault" drivers kept delaying answers and never did provide a rental for daughter to drive. It was an extremely frustrating experience for my daughter. Her entire attitude changed after she found the Civic she liked and she became extremely happy with her difficult situation after she began working with Stephanie Hausherr to buy it. What started as a miserable situation turned into a very happy ending due to the empathy and understanding treatment my daughter received from Stephanie. Thank you Stephanie! More

We quickly arrived at a fair difference between the trade and car being purchased with only two "Talk To My Manager' trips. Google "four square car sales" to learn how to bypass this ancient negotiation trick...focus on ONE NUMBER....the difference between trade and new car...REFUSE to negotiate 4 numbers at a time. The only major snag was mass chaos in the Finance department on Saturday, we had to come back Monday to finish the deal. Summary: Good sales person...extremely annoying, old school sales management tricks (not the salesperson's fault, sales management practices need updating.). F&I department is understaffed. Avoid car shopping on Saturday if possible. More
