Google "four square car sales" to learn how to bypass this ancient negotiation trick...focus on ONE NUMBER....the difference between trade and new car...REFUSE to negotiate 4 numbers at a time. The only major snag was mass chaos in the Finance department on Saturday, we had to come back Monday to finish the deal. Summary: Good sales person...extremely annoying, old school sales management tricks (not the salesperson's fault, sales management practices need updating.). F&I department is understaffed. Avoid car shopping on Saturday if possible. More
