I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle last week. AC does not work. Remote start does not work. I brought it back in. Service said the fixed the issue. Took vehicle home still issue. You would thing certified pre-owned means they check the vehicle out before I left the lot I would like to update my review as follows: I brought the vehicle back in and the salesperson was able to get the vehicle in for service to correct the issues. I will say that we often are quick to blame and hardly ever praise. I do appreciate the vehicle being serviced correctly. I am now satisfied with the service and glad that Germain stood behind their product. I would recommend Germain in the future. Paul More
