My wife and I went to Germain Honda to get a new vehicle to replace our aging 2005 Toyota. Dan Head and Jessica Kincaid both helped us immensely. We never felt like we were being sold on something. Chris Robinson is always great when I bring my car for service. He is patient and explains everything to me so I understand in full the issues with my car. As much as I dread this chore, he makes the expe service. He is patient and explains everything to me so I understand in full the issues with my car. As much as I dread this chore, he makes the experience enjoyable! I've received great service from everyone else that I've encountered in the past too. The wait time is always not as long as I think it'll take and I am impressed with the new waiting area. There was a recent "issue" with a mix up of someone else's paperwork given to me during the pay process that had me a little concerned but the issue was promptly resolved. Thank you to Gina Lewis for taking the time to call me back as the Svc Mgr I left a message with was on PTO and she didn't want me waiting a week for a response. I highly recommend this location for service as I've been going here for 5 years. More
