We had a terrible customer experience with Germain Honda and I would discourage anyone from seeking service there. My husband had recently traveled to OH (from Indiana) and encountered car trouble upon his and I would discourage anyone from seeking service there. My husband had recently traveled to OH (from Indiana) and encountered car trouble upon his arrival into town. He proceeded to take our Honda in for service early the next morning. The team ran diagnostics and proceeded to tell us that repairs would cost over $4000 and that my husband would be lucky to leave the parking lot without the car blowing up if he chose not to do the repairs. My husband opted to disregard their warning and to seek a 2nd opinion from another local mechanic. That gentlemen informed my husband that the car was absolutely drivable back to Indiana and that while it would need modest repairs, it would clearly not amount to $4000. My husband successfully drove the car back to Indiana and had our repaired by our local, reputable garage. The grand total for the repairs was less than $500 and did not involve the repairs that the Germain team had initially insisted upon. To think that this team instilled fear in my husband and had us close to the point of shelling out $4000 is beyond infuriating. My husband and I were left feeling that the Germain team tried to take full advantage of an out-of-town customer who seemingly had limited options. These are the types of experiences that deservedly give car dealerships and their service departments a bad rap. My advice to any future customers would be to seek a second opinion when the diagnosis involves major repairs. More

I don't usually do reviews. Making an exception here. My visit to Germain Honda on September 30, 2020 for service on my car was a pleasant experience. I was cheerfully greeted by all involved, including my visit to Germain Honda on September 30, 2020 for service on my car was a pleasant experience. I was cheerfully greeted by all involved, including my service representative Chris Robinson. He was very respectfully and cheerful. Asked the reason for my visit and how he could be of assistance. I appreciate all of his assistance on this day, and he took the time to go over my invoice with me highlighting what services were performed. I would more than gladly work with Chris again. As I mentioned previously, I don't usually do this reviews, so this is my extent on this. So far, everything seems to be in order on the vehicle and working well, which leaves me very satisfied with the work done. I don't give Excellent ratings, so please don't hold this against the service representative. He did a GREAT Job. Sorry, I cannot remember the name of the young lady who assisted me with the bill, but she was also very friendly and most pleasant to work with. Thank you, Y. Phillips More
