I was new to Germain Honda of Naples and had to get the oil changed on my 2011 Honda CRV. Visiting Naples as a seasonal resident, I didn't know where to go to have my CRV serviced. A neighbor suggested Germain. I was glad that I took the advice as the crew at Germain Honda is professional, polite and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I was even escorted to my car after the brief service! What a great place...I will use their service department each time I am in Naples should my CRV need servicing. Armand found the car I wanted! Armand Lopes was able to find the CVR I wanted. I had owned a 2013 CRV and knew the features that were a "must have".
