On this occasion we are satisfied with the attitude of these two workers of the dealer, in contrast to the previous one where Mrs. Krista, head of the service department treated us in very bad manner and we had to solve the mechanical problem that my car had in another workshop .. Poor Service Dept. For the SECOND time now, I have left Germain Honda and had the bottom splash shield drag on the road because the screws removed to change the oil were For the SECOND time now, I have left Germain Honda and had the bottom splash shield drag on the road because the screws removed to change the oil were never replaced. The first time I was accused by the service manager of parking too close to a curb or parking block, but this time, I brought it into another Honda dealer and they explicitly told me that the screws were simply never put back in. Luckily for me, Holman Honda took it seriously and finished the job for me. Both times now I was leaving the dealership after an oil change, and suddenly you hear scraping and knocks at intervals as if you had a flat tire. This is insanely unsafe and I'm betting if something was to fly off into another driver, or bounce up into the engine compartment, Germain would tell me it's my fault. This lazy work is now 2 for 2 in my experience. Brand new dealership, friendly staff sure, but what's it worth if you cant have screws put back where they belong? Beware.. More

Excellent overall experience We have had "not so good" experiences with other Honda dealers in the area. This was not the case here at Germain Honda. The new facility is beautiful We have had "not so good" experiences with other Honda dealers in the area. This was not the case here at Germain Honda. The new facility is beautiful. There is plenty of inventory to choose from. We found Mona (sales) to be very knowledgeable and helpful - both in car choices and in getting through all of the deal steps. We ended up purchasing a 2018 Accord and a 2018 CRV on the same day! We determined the prices to be fair and reasonable. Anthony in finance was also excellent to work with. When shopping for Hondas in the future in the area, Germain will definitely be our first stop. More

Mona is Exceptional! Honda of Naples is amazing! We live in Fort Myers, FL and we were not comfortable purchasing a Honda from the local Honda dealership. We drove to the Naples dealership in hopes that we could have a wonderful experience when making such a big purchase! We were delighted to have had the pleasure to work with Mona Janjic as our sales associate. My husband and I came in with all four of our children ages 4, 5, 8, and 9. It was important for us to allow our children to be part of the buying experience. The front desk was very professional, the dealership is beautiful. From the moment we stepped inside the dealership we were incredibly pleased! Wayne Weiss, the sales manager (I think) met with our family and introduced us to Mona. All the while Mona and Wayne are interacting with our children asking for their names and making hot chocolate for each of them. Mona got chairs for the children and snacks, and my children had such a good time! This Honda dealership made our family feel welcome and that took so much stress off of my husband and I. Mona is very friendly and such a beautiful person inside and out! She went through all the different options for us as we were deciding between the Odyssey and the Pilot. She also didn't push us towards the most expensive model, in fact, Mona really went out of her way to show us all the different options on the Odysseys. She had our entire family take a test drive and she was such a pleasant person to be working with when we obviously are somewhat stressed out with four children and making a car purchase. Throughout the entire purchase she made sure our children were content and that really is something I have never seen at a car dealership before. I also had many Honda employees come up to us and say how lovely our children were and how well behaved they were and that really took our stress away. She also gave our children Honda teddy bears - which they still carry around a week later! Mona is kind, thoughtful, and professional. After we leased our new Honda Odyssey EX-L we needed two additional head sets for our children so that all four of our children could listen to the rear entertainment system. Mona, after spending all day with us, brought me over to the parts department so that we could order two additional sets. She goes above and beyond any sales associate I have ever worked with. She is the absolute most honest and wonderful person anyone could ask for when making such a big purchase. Please take my advice and make an appointment with Mona today and purchase a new Honda! By the way, the Honda Odyssey EX-L is AMAZING - with leather seats, the magic seat that you can slide over in the second row, self updating GPS system, rear entertainment system, sleek/modern design, and so many places to put drinks and plug your phones or IPADS in, integrating smart technology so that you can play Pandora right from your phone into the car speakers! There are no amount of words to describe how amazing Mona is or the 2018 Odyssey! Thank you Mona, I will forever refer anyone and everyone I know to you for their next Honda purchase! More
