Great service at Germain Honda, Naples Amir went above and beyond to provide terrific service. I came in because me key fob wouldn’t work. A new one had to be ordered. Amazing! I drove about an hour to Germain Honda of Naples because their inventory is amazing. They had exactly what I wanted, and then some. She took the time to explain everything about the car to me and made me feel comfortable the entire time. When it came time to do the financing, I had the pleasure of working with Rocco. He made what could have been a long and tedious experience great. He talked to my husband and I like we were old friends. It was so nice not to feel pressured and awkward at a dealership. Both were friendly and professional. Worked briefly with Brad Newsome, but did not appreciate his approach to customer service and attempt to be "the closer." Rocco Mikasser was friendly and worked after hours to obtain financing, but "lost interest" after we obtained better outside financing and declined additional warranty services. Overall, a good deal but it required much work and negotiating to accomplish. More
