Treated like a true VIP !! This review concerns the wonderful buying experience I had on May 4th of this year. I arrived on the Germain Honda, Naples New Car lot with my 2014 F This review concerns the wonderful buying experience I had on May 4th of this year. I arrived on the Germain Honda, Naples New Car lot with my 2014 Ford Taurus. The Lease on my Taurus was scheduled to end on July 24th. I was apprehensive about entering into a New Honda Lease while still having Two Months remaining on my 2014 Ford Taurus Lease. Alberto Quiroga listened politely as I explained my Needs, my Desires, and my concern about ending my Ford Lease ... prematurely. Mr. Quiroga "walked me through" "Lease End duties and responsibilities. He assured me that there would be No problem Ending my Ford lease ... Early. In fact he even agreed to accompany me to the Ford dealer as reassurance, and to see that I was treated fairly upon returning my Ford ... two months early. Alberto and I then wandered the new car lot. I promptly found a lovely Honda Accord. The test drive went smoothly. Then we sat down to discuss "the Lease figures". I am a retired Police Officer, on a small "tight" pension. I made it clear that I had excellent credit, and a Small Pension. Alberto listened intently as I explained my financial situation. He worked the figures ... In My Favor. He Continued to modify the figures, and listen to my Needs. He sat with me, patiently, and politely. We worked together in a respectable, No Pressure, respectful manner until we Both agreed upon a Fair, Comfortable respectable, Lease agreement. The next step was to sit down with Raymond Alce , "Finance Manager". Mr. Alce was very Polite, Very Knowledgeable. And Very Patient with me as I asked Numerous questions about the Lease. I Never felt any coercion, or pressure. I never felt rushed. And most of all ... I Never felt ... Disrespected. Mr. Alce, and Mr. Quiroga treated me with the utmost respect. They truly seemed to Value me both as a "Customer" ... and as an Individual. Upon closing the deal Mr. Quiroga sat with me in my new Honda Accord. He spent considerable time explaining All of the cars features. He even took the time to program my Cell Phone into the cars Phone system. I was quite impressed. I have purchased a new car Every Three Years ... for the past Fifty Years. I can safely say that My experience with Mr. Alce and Mr. Quiroga rates as the Best Car Buying/Leasing Experience in my life. The entire Transaction was ... Comfortable- Friendly-Polite-Respectable-No Games-No Pressure, and Respectful. Germain Honda is a First Class Dealership, with First Class Employees. You can be quite sure that I shall be returning to Germain Honda Every Three years to Lease additional Honda automobiles ... and to visit my Two New ... Friends ... Alberto Quiroga, and Raymond Alce.
