I was immediately approached by a very friendly sales rep Dalia Epstein. After a couple of hours of talking to her and taking a ride with her on a Honda Fit (I had my heart set on this little car), I ended up trading my Element right there. Dalia was extremely helpful and she spent a lot of time with me in the course of two days, until I finally picked up my new car. She made it all very pleasant and easy. I love my new car and in Dalia I have a new friend. More

I called last minute to make an appointment for the same day because I had to go out of town unexpectedly and my Oil Life was at 5%. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and I took my lunch break to get it done. When I arrived I explained to Chris that I was on lunch and was asking how long it would take. He said he would do his very best to get me in and out so I wasn't late returning to work. He kept his promise and got me in and out very quickly despite a full waiting room full of clients. When I went to pay, I mentioned to Nancy that this was my lunch break and would need to head back to work right away. She was concerned that I didn't eat anything for lunch and went in back and got me snacks to choose from so I had something to eat. I thought this gesture was above and beyond what you could expect from a dealership and the service dept. She truly made me feel special and made me feel like part of the family. Afte this experience , I feel like a have a true relationship with Chris and Nancy and Germain Honda is part of my family. I have bought several cars from this dealership over the years and will continue to refer business to them. More
