David was patient, listening to our needs and concerns. He showed us several models of the CRV . He helped us find the model we were comfortable with then and continue to be now at a very reasonable price. David didn't rush us for a decision and spent all the time with us that we needed. Throughout the entire experience David remained cordial, professional and sincerely accommodating. We would definitely recommend him to family and friends. David quickly responded to several questions we had even after our purchase. More

Amazing and cheerful customer service I sent in for an oil change and my noisy windshield wipers. The entire staff was friendly, but Henry Garcia, the Service Advisor was exceptional Not I sent in for an oil change and my noisy windshield wipers. The entire staff was friendly, but Henry Garcia, the Service Advisor was exceptional Not only did he give me continual updates, but I listened to him take care of other customers as they drove into the service area. Each customer was greeted cheerfully and respectfully. Everyone should have a Henry Garcia on their staff! My service time was short and they returned my car fully washed! A nice treat! More

The sales rep came out-Wayne Weiss and he was just a gem. We told him what we had and he showed us the HR-V which uses the same platform as the Fit. No pressure no nonsense and we just fell for the HR-V! The whole experience was just pleasant from the get go. And Wayne was just the best personable, pleasant a real gem. Germain Honda rocks!! More

We had such a good buying and product experience a year ago buying our Honda Fit that we went back and leased a Honda Odyssey. For the first time I had a sales agent (Seref) properly explain to me the details and advantages of lease-to-own. I highly recommend Honda and this Honda dealership in particular. More
