We felt like we got a fair deal, however, we seemed to get the run around with how much our payment was going to be. We are also satisfied with the friendly service we got from their service manager. Things have changed for the better! We had been so turned off by our previous purchases that we swore we would never buy there again. Well, we took our old Honda in for service and while there thought "let's just peek at the new Odyssey's" Well! along came Seref, he changed our whole idea about purchasing a new Odyssey van. There was no pressure, slight of hand, sleepy wheeling' and dealing' feeling. Sheriff was very helpful, fun and seemed on the up and up, so much so that we ended up buying a new car and the experience was wonderful!
