I had already done a lot of home work on the car so he just filled in the gaps with what I wanted to know, which he did so well. Secondly I liked the way your prices corresponded to what was advertised and what was said during the transaction, making a deal straightforward. Especially giving me an out the door price, which I normally have to ask for with prior dealerships as some prefer the smoke and mirrors routine. It was also a pleasure to meet the rest of the team who also welcomed us and made it easy to complete the sale. Back in 2003 when we bought our first Accord, the dealership closest to us was a real disappointment. We bought elsewhere when the sales manager had the worst attitude I've experienced at a dealership. Germain Honda of Naples was nothing like that. For us, the trip to Naples was well worth it. More
