I was made to feel that I was the most important person to arrive at the dealership that day, even though I had no appointment and wasn't there to spend any money. Karen had done it when I purchased the car last year, but my grandson had "undone" everything when he was using my cell phone. Karen was in the process of selling a car, but took the time to listen to my story. I told her I would return another day when she wasn't busy, but she insisted that she would find someone to help me. That was John McDonnell. He was very patient, took time to explain everything he was doing, and let me practice each step once or twice so I would know how to do it on my own. He also explained some other dash board functions that I had not yet mastered. I never once felt rushed, or that I was being a bother. He took me back to Karen to let her know that all of my questions had been answered and they both walked me to the door. Very professional. A feel good expierence. More
We are usually wary about car lots and their sales people, etc. but when we first visited Germain Honda's used car lot, we met with Bob Wallace and he was very nice and friendly and not "pushy" at all people, etc. but when we first visited Germain Honda's used car lot, we met with Bob Wallace and he was very nice and friendly and not "pushy" at all. We test drove a CR-V, but told Bob we were more interested in an Odyssey van instead. We left hoping that a "good deal" would come our way. Over the New Year holiday, a van arrived that really suited us and Bob contacted us about it. We went in and test drove the vehicle and again, there was absolutely NO pressure from Bob. He is so friendly and jovial that he made this a very nice experience for us. Well, the bottom line is we bought the Odyssey and are very pleased with the purchase price and with everyone's attitude, including Michael Snell, the sales manager. We will tell our friends about our Germain experience and would have no hesitation telling them to contact Bob Wallace about purchasing a used car. More

We walked in one Sunday afternoon to test drive a Honda, and ended up purchasing the Crosstour, coming in a couple days later to pick up our new car! John McDonnell was our saleman. He was great! He came with us during our test drive, answering all our questions, never any feelings of the pushy car salesman. He was very helpful in showing us all the neat options in the car and how they work. Ben Hartman was a huge part of our purchasing experience as well. He, also was great! They were both very nice, friendly and pleasant to work with! I am extremely happy with my Crosstour! I am retired and was looking for a vehicle to down size from a mini van that i had owned since 2005. In Fact . I was lucky, a short time before a vehicle had been taken in by them on a trade in .With her knowledge of their inventory.I was able to see their recent trade in . The cost was a little more than i had intended to spend .How ever with the personal service and information and history of the vehicle that she was able to give me .I had confidance that this would be the vehicle for me.
