This is my second Honda that I have leased from Germain. My previous Honda's I have purchased. I have dealt with Karen Attewell both times and for my most recent purchase on Dec 14,2013. She truly cares about her customers. I wasn't sure if I would be able to lease another Accord due to personal circumstances but she listened to me and she made it happen. I 'm always impressed with her strong desire to help me and her professionalism. I brought a friend with me the day I leased my new Honda and Karen was able to get him in a new Accord also. I wanted to lease my first vehicle and chose Germain Honda due to Honda's outstanding reputation and, most importantly, because I had enjoyed my experiences talking with the staff during prior years as Honda due to Honda's outstanding reputation and, most importantly, because I had enjoyed my experiences talking with the staff during prior years as a result of my involvement selling raffle tickets for animal rescue. Visiting the dealership, I had met many exceptional individuals, amongst them Mr. Seref Denizeri. I told Seref when the day came where I needed a new vehicle, I would contact him. I called Seref this past Saturday and inquired about lease possibilities. Within one hour he had arranged for my wife and me to pick up our new Honda Civic. Mr. Mike Snell was most proficient in expediting our paperwork. We found the overall experience delightful and just wish every major purchase could be this easy! I recenty moved to Naples and needed repair work on my Honda CRV. I called and spoke with Anthony Landestoy. He had me bring the car in for their repair review and quote. He was very friendly and professional and called with with cost before ordering parts for the repair. When the part came in, he called to let me know and scheduled the work.
