Repair on my Honda I had a problem with my brake light staying on. Lee knew exactly what the problem and had the repair done along with some cleanup of corrosion. I pulled into the deal at 12:30pm and I was out of there, repair done and cashier paid at 12:46pm. It just doesn't get any better than that. The part was $8 and labor $18. Outstanding. I won't take my Honda for service any but Germain. Lee treated me very well and made my day. I was prepared to be there waiting for an hour or more. But I was finished in 16 minutes. Outstanding. My salesman, Seref Denizeri, was extremely knowlegable but not pushy. The finance manager, Peter Amory, was great- I walked in after 5 Pm on a Friday and he made me feel like I was doing him a favor! I told him he would have to match my bank and he beat their rate by .5%. 60 months at 2.49% was excellent. The Gen. Mgr. Bob Edwards went out of his way to help get me set up with the appropriate towing package for my boat and everything about the transaction was as promised. There really is a relaxed atmosphere at this dealership. Mt business partner purchased his car there last year and told me how great they were- he was right. I've purchased at least 10-11 new cars in the past 35 years and this was my best experience since buying a car in England back in the 70's! More

Going beyond the call of duty I had been looking for over 6 mths and found the car online at 3PM on a Labor Day Friday.
