Recent purchase of new Honda CR-V I was recently in the market for a small SUV and had considered the Kia Sorrento, the Subaru Forester and the Honda CR-V. I chose Germain Honda of Na I was recently in the market for a small SUV and had considered the Kia Sorrento, the Subaru Forester and the Honda CR-V. I chose Germain Honda of Naples even though it is a little farther away than the Ft. Myers dealership (a place that's much less customer friendly). After driving each of these vehicles and the Honda CR-V, it was obvious that the Honda would be much easier to live with. My experience with Michael Gorman, the sales rep at Germain was very positive, and I drove off the lot in a brand new CR-V without paying a penny (they wouldn't accept the cashiers check I brought them and I had to return the next day with my personal check for the same amount-very strange). But nonetheless, the experience was a positive one compared to the usual nightmare of buying a new car, and I would recommend this dealership. More

I had been searching for cars online for 2 months when I finally decided to say goodbye to my beach buggy of 12 years. I had a few dealerships in mind. One of my stops was Airport Kia of Naples. When I stepped out of the car I already had the feeling like I just 'took a number'. Already walking in I had a bad vibe. I decided to stay and test drive one of the models I had been looking at. The salesman was very very pushy and after hearing that I was there only to test drive. He then handed the keys over to someone else for what seemed like to me to 'deal with me' because he didn't seem to have the time. The employee who drew the short straw let me test drive the base model of what I was interested in. Deciding the base model wasn't for me when we pulled back in the lot. I asked to test drive the high end of that model car and he actually said NO! Not kidding. I got out of there as soon as I could. I then ventured to my next stop which ended up being my last. Germain Honda of Naples. Right out of my car. The whole team goes above and beyond to take care of you. Even with a credit score of ZERO and very little down, I was treated as if I pulled into the dealership in Rolls-Royce. I bought a wonderful used vehicle which I show off to everyone. Even a few weeks later, scheduling an appointment to fix a dome light and a few minor things for the vehicle, they were on top of it. Gave me a loaner car for the day for me to get to work and when I picked up my car in the evening I noticed they detailed it again for me and instead of 10gal of gas promised. They topped off my tank! 5 STARS! More
