Even after the insurance company was late, Gloria made sure I was able to keep the car until I could obtain the check. As soon as I got out of the car I was approached by Alex, so I explained the situation to him and told him I was looking for a used Civic. I had scoured the Naples/Fort Myers area for cars and found one I was interested in but it had extremely high mileage. Alex wasn't the stereotypical pushy car salesman, he understood what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay and supported that entirely. After talking it over with my parents, we decided to come back and test drive a car with significantly less miles, and it was perfect. The whole process was painless and hassle-free.
