Hello! It never ceases to amaze me that Seref Denizeri walks into our path just at the right time. He has been our friend and salesperson for some time now and always has our best interest at heart. At that time, he walked over to say hello to us and asked us why we were there. He smiled and said, let's talk, I think we can do that trade now on my civic. I said, REALLY, totally was not expecting that! So guess what! I'm in a new 2013 Civic; just like that! But, not only that! Seref traded out my husband's FIT for a 2013 Civic also! He did his magic and as always; it all worked out for the best! So, thank you Seref for your honesty, integrity and your GOLD status!!! We appreciate you! More

My wife and I went in to have an oil change on our 2011 Honda Odyssey and to look at the 2014 Odysseys. After dropping off our vehicle at the service desk we went into the showroom and were met by Glen He Honda Odyssey and to look at the 2014 Odysseys. After dropping off our vehicle at the service desk we went into the showroom and were met by Glen Hebert one of their sales people. We told him that we had a 2011 Odyssey in for an oil change and were just looking at what the new 2014 Odysseys had to offer. Glen asked what we had and what we were looking for and took us outside and showed us the models we were considering. I usually don't like talking to car dealers because of the hard sell tactics between the salesman, manager and myself. Our experience with this salesperson was very low pressure. We were able to come to a deal which I thought was fair and we went home with a new car! Everyone at the dealership was interested in what we wanted and didn't want to waste our time on other products or services we didn't want. I would not hesitate recommending this dealer and in particular Glen Hebert, our sales consultant to anyone that asked me about our new Honda. More

Over the last 2-3 weeks I've had problems with my Honda Accord a/c system e.g. freon leak and replacement of the heat motor. In the course of diagnosing and ultimately solving the problem Lee Glesme Honda Accord a/c system e.g. freon leak and replacement of the heat motor. In the course of diagnosing and ultimately solving the problem Lee Glesmer and his technician Larry were very polite, patient and professional in their efforts to alieve my frustration {since I had to return the car to the service more than once}. As a matter of fact they made it a pleasant experience with the hot coffee and free car washes!
