We had previously leased a 2012 Honda CRV from Germain and were very happy with the car. We were introduced to Jesse Palma and he handled the process of getting us a new 2014 Honda CRV and making sure that we were most satisfied when it arrived. I couldn't believe the rave reviews that Germain gets. As luck would have it My service consultant turned out to be Rafael Hernandez who proved to be just what the reviews indicated. A real professional and freindly to boot. My truck was fixed to my complete satisfaction in a short no nonsense time frame. I decided to purchase a new car and due to my first experience chose Germain to try my luck again. WOW Jesse Palma my sales consultant proved to be a near expert not only on the Honda Pilot I was interested in but was also a wealth of knowlege on my trade in. Outstanding service at Germain Honda of Naples, Florida On March 24, 2014 I brought my 2013 Honda Accord to Germain Honda of Naples to have it examined for any possible damage or leaks. The previous Friday On March 24, 2014 I brought my 2013 Honda Accord to Germain Honda of Naples to have it examined for any possible damage or leaks. The previous Friday I had driven over a curb in a parking lot and the car had slammed down on the cement. I had been noticing water under the car. We were visiting Naples and were facing a 1,200 mile drive home in a week, so I had to be sure that the car was safe to drive and not leaking any fluids. Rafael Hernandez Jr. welcomed me, took the information, showed me to the waiting area, and in less than 30 minutes told me that everything was fine. I asked the cost, and he said it was free, a courtesy inspection. Then he offered to have my car washed for free. This is an example of the highest standards of care for Honda clients, and probably shows why American car makers keep loosing market share. I was in a vulnerable situation and could have been taken advantage of by a dealer looking to make a buck. Instead, I was honored as a loyal Honda customer by a dealer who knew I didn't live in his area and would probably never sell me a car. That is the kind of extraordinary care and service that will keep us as loyal Honda customers for the rest of our lives. Previously we had been GM customers, as my wife's brother was a GM employee for over 35 years. But family loyalty must take a second seat to this kind of care for customers. I stopped by Germain Honda this afternoon to see if someone could show me how to activate my iphone with bluetooth operation in my CRV. One of your salespeople, John McDonnell, spent some time with me explaining step by step the process. When he was finished, I was able to do the entire process by myself. This very helpful act meant a lot to me, especially when it seems that today so few salespeople take time for their customers. Believe me, I will return to Germain Honda because of John McDonnell. I am a 34 yr. old female who went in looking for an affordable, dependable used car. Right away Tim Stack greeted me and really LISTENED to my needs and my situation. He showed me a few cars (some Honda, some not) and with Don Bana's and Mike Ernst's collaboration, they identified a car that fit within my payment limits. At first it seemed that the car would be too much to afford, but these 3 gentlemen did everything they could to give me the best possible deal. I have always been told to not go to a car dealership alone as it can be intimidating (especially due to my limited knowledge of vehicles), but these gentlemen made me feel right at home. They were attentive, friendly, funny, and very honest. I have purchased 4 vehicles in my lifetime, and this was the first time I didn't feel like I was just another "sell." I have 2 brothers (huge car enthusiasts) who could not go with me, but I called one of them before signing the final paperwork to get his input... I presented all the stats (price, interest rate, car details...including the carfax report they printed out for me) and he advised me to go for it. Since then my brother and I have spoken again and he has assured me I could not have found a better deal. Given the choice I would not have taken my car elsewhere to be serviced.
