I had a very pleasant experience buying my new Civic at Germain Honda. It has been a long time since I've purchased a new vehicle and Seref walked me through the process and explained everything extremely Germain Honda. I felt a peace and comfort that was entirely different this time! I even took a little look at an Accord but somehow Seref knew that the Civic was "my car"...he couldn't have been more right! The 2013 Honda Civic is the perfect car for me. I love it! Seref took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and addressed them accordingly. I might have found a slightly lower price at a Honda dealership further from my residence but it will be worth it to have my dealership close to home that I can count on. More
