Great Expectations Realized I recently had an air conditioning problem and took the car to Germain. The cost was less that I had imagined it would be. Thank you, Rafael! I must also say that while l didn't need a new car that day, I will certainly return to see John when I do. Seref was a true professional From the first time I met Seref he was attentive, honest and helpful answering my questions and making suggestions that assisted me in coming to the c From the first time I met Seref he was attentive, honest and helpful answering my questions and making suggestions that assisted me in coming to the conclusion the car I was interested in was the right choice for me. As a result, I did not feel the need to conduct additional visits to dealerships to do comparison shopping in an attempt to save a few dollars. Seref also made arrangements with the service department so that the "add ons" that were part of our negotiated agreement would be completed in a timely manner. He also took time to help me become familiar with the new car technology which was an important part of my becoming familiar and comfortable with the new vehicle and its many options. His total honesty and ability to listen made a big difference in my decision to buy from Germain Honda. I now feel I have a relationship with a dealership but more importantly, with a sales person who really cares about me - after the sale! More

Great experience ! We had no plans in buying a car today, not even in near future plans. That was changed today when someone hit our car as we at lunch, they was so kin We had no plans in buying a car today, not even in near future plans. That was changed today when someone hit our car as we at lunch, they was so kind as to leave the restaurant without leaving their names. We took it over to get an estimate, which it would cost around $1000.00 with a $500.00 deductible. I had a 2006 civic and we needed to decide if we wanted to put the money in the older car or a new used car. Germain was highly recommended and I understand why. Everyone that helped us was very professional and helpful. With the experience we had with Germain, I would gladly recommend them to any of our friends & family.
