After a lot of dealer research and talking with a few other area Honda dealers, I decided to expand the search regionally in hopes of finding a more reputable and highly rated dealer who wanted my business. I first contacted Germain Honda of Naples on Labor Day, while they were having a very busy Holiday Sale going on. A very pleasant and highly professional consultant, Nicole Stuckey, took the call and answered nearly all my questions. I sincerely appreciated her honesty when asked questions to which she did not immediately know the answer. For those few, she offered to research them and promised she would call me back as soon as possible with the answers. Given that I knew they were so busy that day, I certainly did not expect the call back I received from her very shortly thereafter. She had my answers and I immediately began working with my Sales Consultant, Seref Denizeri. My requirements were rather unique in that I knew what I wanted, but needed to complete the “entire” transaction via telephone, Fedex and e-mail as I was out of state at the time. Mr. Denizeri went extensively beyond any reasonable expectations I could have had with respect to streamlining the entire purchase process. He and the Germain Honda Sales Support team (many of whom work in the background to make the process seem uncomplicated) literally made it painless by working directly with my insurance company, organizing and managing the temporary registration process, vehicle add-ons and installations, and even arranging for delivery of the vehicle and mailing my permanent registration tags to me when they received them. There were several other examples of his and the team commitment to the process and the customer. He is an expert customer service oriented sales consultant who will do everything in his power to make his clients happy. His communication, reachability, and dedication truly made me feel like I was getting highly personalized service from a dedicated consultant even though I knew he had many other transactions to manage. Equally impressive was the post-purchase follow-up we received from Nicole S. in which she wanted to be sure that we were happy and offered assistance with anything we might need regarding our new Honda Accord. Although I do not recall their names, I know there were several other employees who personally assisted with my purchase and delivery. They too deserve high praise. The purchase of my new Honda Accord from Germain Honda of Naples was indeed the best overall experience I have ever had with buying a new vehicle. If you’re looking for the best buying experience, a great price, and completely over-the-top professional customer service, look no further than Seref, and the entire team at Germain Honda of Naples. Michael Soles the new sales manager was very efficient and expedited all of the transactions to ensure that we would be able to pick up the car the following day. This is my third Honda purchase in less than a years time. When my 2013 Civiv was totaled I called Seref and told him I needed another car, but they were about to close. And, even though it was way after closing time we did not feel rushed nor were we made to feel like we were being an inconvenience. After I explained to him about the accident, his heart felt concern about the well being of the people involved in the wreck was so refreshing. His first thoughts were not about making a sale but about my family. To me that says more about his character than anything else. I will be moving to Arkansas in May but when I'm ready to buy another car Lord willing I will be able to fly back to Naples to purchase from Seref. There was never any pressure, and he made me feel so at ease. He gave me the best deal he could and actually bent over backwards for me so I could get the CR-V which works better with my family of six. Not only is he not one of those pushy salesmen but he made my family feel important and special. My son, who will be in the market for a car soon, told me how uplifted he felt when we left Seref's office, and you could tell Seref was sincere not just hoping for a future sale.
