Alex Armas was the perfect salesman, patient, intelligent and easy to work with. He gave us space to decide while answering all our questions. Everyone at Germain was courteous and friendly. The quality of the car exceeds our expectations, with the bonus of having an attractive appearance. The price seemed reasonable and was within our budget. The add-on warranty and protective finish were presented to us and they seemed to be reasonable to prolong the service and appearance of the car. Overall, our experience was pleasant and we came away with a car that is economical on gas as well as protective of the environment. Because of our experience and the quality of the car, I would give Germain and Alex Armas the highest rating for car dealerships. More

Spoke to tim in used car sales.. very easy to deal with and talk to.. no pressure... Purchased a 2011 civic blue... Spoke to tim about a shake in the wheel and he said it will be taken car of.... when i we and talk to.. no pressure... Purchased a 2011 civic blue... Spoke to tim about a shake in the wheel and he said it will be taken car of.... when i went to get the car all the techs had gone home, so i could wait till monday or come back, well i wanted my car so i came back with the car.. Service: George Donovan Spoke to george about the issue he said not a problem we will take care of it.. after the car was fixed i asked him what the charge would be to have just the front rotors cut since there was a pulsation from the wheel when i hit the brakes.. he asked when i got the car and i told him...10 minutes later he says have a seat...next thing i know the car is being driven back into the shop. he said i got you covered... When i got the car back i drove home to cape coral never looking at the car, when i got home i got out and looked and this guy got the front and the rear rotors cut and they put new pads on it as well. WAY more then expected and very pleased as well. This is the ONLY dealership i would recommend, ive worked the industry for 20 plus years and never have i gotten service like this nore have i ever seen a service writer take care of a customer like this.. The car itself is good, however some of the newer features were included and not the old standard things which I am used to. Honda don't sell yourself short. I've always dreaded car shopping..not any more. From the minute I walked in, the entire staff went out of their way to make me comfortable, offering fresh brewed Starbucks coffee and even cookies. Bob Kennedy-Edwards' outstanding customer service was surprisingly both pleasant and productive, not pushy in the least, helping me sort out what vehicle was right for me. Seref took the test drive with me, providing vehicle information and answered questions I had. He coached me through successfully using unfamiliar vehicles features such as the standard rear camera and set up my cell phone for me in another standard feature, Bluetooth. I love that the vehicle comes with an insert for the trunk that can be easily cleaned or shaken out and rear mudguards. I can't imagine a reason to go to any other dealership. More
