I've always dreaded car shopping..not any more. From the minute I walked in, the entire staff went out of their way to make me comfortable, offering fresh brewed Starbucks coffee and even cookies. Bob Kennedy-Edwards' outstanding customer service was surprisingly both pleasant and productive, not pushy in the least, helping me sort out what vehicle was right for me. Seref took the test drive with me, providing vehicle information and answered questions I had. He coached me through successfully using unfamiliar vehicles features such as the standard rear camera and set up my cell phone for me in another standard feature, Bluetooth. I love that the vehicle comes with an insert for the trunk that can be easily cleaned or shaken out and rear mudguards. I can't imagine a reason to go to any other dealership. More
My new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L is my third Honda and my first from Germain. It's a much superior vehicle to my 2011 Honda Accord EX-L (which has been a great vehicle). Germain, and John McDonnell in part first from Germain. It's a much superior vehicle to my 2011 Honda Accord EX-L (which has been a great vehicle). Germain, and John McDonnell in particular, took great care of me explaining all of the new features of the Accord. Everything worked as promised. Peter Amory, on the finance side, crafted the lease so that it met all my requirements. Germain bent over backwards to deliver exactly what I wanted. I got a great vehicle (the 2013 Accord replaces my 2002 BMW 530i), great service and a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend John McDonnell and Germain--you'll be pleased with the experience and get a great car to boot. More

I have purchased Honda automobiles for 30 years, from five different dealers. I would rate my experience at Germain Honda as the best. The entire process began with a visit to the service deparment to have my 2011 Honda Pilot serviced. Lee Glesmer greeted my at the express line and got my Pilot service started. I mentioned to him I was thinking about trading this car in for a new vehicle. He immediately put me in contact with Alex Armas. Alex showed me a 2013 Honda Accord EX and explained all the new updated features. I explained that I was having house guests the following week and would need to keep to Pilot to transport everyone. He called the next week to keep in touch and let me know he was available for any questions. I was able to get back to him on Friday, 8/24, and we made to deal. He had my Pilot appraised and laid out the cost of the new Accord. The deal was made and Peter Amory walked us through the paper work. The entire process took about an hour. After the paper work was finished, Alex went through the operation of the car again. I felt the entire operation was very professional and everyone was extremely courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends. More

We recently moved to Naples from Miami and we have Honda vehicles so were going to Germain Honda for service and by the way Ralph in the service department is awesome. We have to start out by stating we were very impressed with the way we were treated at this dealership. We went in to take a look at the mini vans as our family is expanding, and we were immediately assisted by Jesse Palma. Jesse was more than knowledgeable, friendly and assisted us in the friendliest manner. Jesse answered all of our questions and concerns we had about the vehicle. We were not pressured or harassed into buying the van which is what you mainly find at other dealers. I don't know if we were ready to walk out with the van but I have to say everything was done so smoothly and most of all the price and interest rate were amazing. Ben Hartman worked it out so that we were happy with the numbers and again we were not pressured at all. The finance officer Peter Amory was very pleasant made everything run smoothly and most of all we left happy with our brand new Honda Odyssey. We had to went other dealers prior but Germain Honda was by far the best. We were given a more than fair amount for our trade in we are sure about that one as we went to many dealers, the only one that somewhat came close was CarMax but the prices for their mini vans were crazy. We bought a brand new Odyssey for less than what CarMax was selling a used one with not to mention over 8K miles. Our van has less than 10 miles. Honda really stands by their name because the 2009 Honda Pilot we traded in was great but the van really has more room and is more of a family van since we are a family of 6 going on 7. And with the price of gas the gas mileage offered on the mini van is amazing we bought it a couple of days ago and I have not really seen the needle move much for the gas, SO THAT IS GREAT! So overall we are so excited with our brand new Honda Odyssey. So thanks so much guys for giving us a great deal on our trade and an amazing deal on our new vehicle. We went into the dealership wanting to purchase an Accord EX-L V6 in white with beige interior. We had been told by a person from the internet department to see a specific sales person. She was busy and Joh EX-L V6 in white with beige interior. We had been told by a person from the internet department to see a specific sales person. She was busy and John noticed that we were waiting. We told him our situation and he went to the manager and got permission to help us. John did a great job making us feel welcome even getting three extra chairs for our teenage children. He did well explaining the discrepancy between "beige" and "ivory" interior on the car. He got the car and as we drove, he demonstrated the features of the car and answered our questions. Never did we feel like we were being rushed or pressured. We did go through quite a bit of negotiation when it came down to the price of the car. John brought in his manager Mike to help. Over time, we came to an agreement that was acceptable to all parties. As it was getting late, Mike expedited the preparation of the car. John took the car to fill it with gasoline and was kind enough to invite our son to go with him as he did not get to go on the test drive. Even after the sale was complete, John took time to show us more features of the car. He has obviously done his homework and is very knowledgeable about the car. Overall, we had a great experience and are happy with the car and the price we paid. Germain is fortunate to have employees such as John and Mike. We will definitely return to Germain when we need another Honda and recommend them to our friends. More

I then went to shop around to compare pricing and Germain Honda was the best! I called Karen the next day and once again she was absolutely wonderful. I came in paid for the car and Karen took care of all the paperwork so when I came back to pickup the car all I had to do was sign which took about five minutes. I then told her I wanted to surprise my daughter with the car and asked if they had a bow. She allowed me to borrow a bow and it made such an impact when my daughter saw her beautiful Civic with the big red bow. Truly a moment I will never forget! Thanks to Karen Attewell for her kindness and Germain Honda for great prices! The best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! More
