Karen made the a sale to my wife and she and I were pleased with the great skills she had. Knows everything about the vehicle and this made it easy to make the final purchase. We visited other car dealers who did not know the features and just wanted to make a sale with the usual smoke and mirrors. One thing that we noticed you did not have sales staff hanging outside like flies or smoking near the front of the show room at this dealer. Noticed nice waiting area when in for oil change with water & good coffee machine instead of the coin deal or burned out pots with old coffee. Now back to Karen... She was great no pressure and came back first time with a good deal. We knew what our trade was worth and the dealer invoice so we thought this was a good deal compared to other smoke and mirror dealers we visted. The first vist was low key and several conversations about the vehicle on the phone and then 2nd visit. The test drive next day and she had vehicle ready to go. Well it was history after Karen went over the features of the car during the test drive. It is hard to sell my wife a car and I really did not expect the out come to go so well. GREAT JOB KAREN !!!!! Now along comes Peter the buisness manager who had all the paper work done in about 20 minutes and we picked up the vehicle the next day. More

We drove from Fort Myers to Germain Honda of Naples bypassing Fort Myers Honda because of the incredible response we received just from an internet request for a quote. 3 people not one, immediately r bypassing Fort Myers Honda because of the incredible response we received just from an internet request for a quote. 3 people not one, immediately responded to our request with no less than 10 emails and ultimately made special accomadations to wait for us as we were arriving late afternoon on a Sunday. When we did arrive we were greeted by everyone who was still working at the dealership and Seref Denizeri took his time and showed us practically every van on the lot and we were able to make a fair deal. We're thrilled with the vehicle and really appreciate the service. We also have an Infiniti from Germain Infiniti and it's obvious that customer service is the main focus of your companies. More

I wanted to congratulate Germain honda for having such a prestigious person in there team, wish that they can accomplish all the goals and numbers in the years to come. Also for my family and my self there is no other Car dealer and no price searching, when we want something all we do is call Mr. Seref and we know we are in the best hands out there. I must say that I am very grateful that when I called Germain's Big Lot that Armand Lopes answered on the other end. I first made an appointment to look at some used vehicles with him, but then decided t Germain's Big Lot that Armand Lopes answered on the other end. I first made an appointment to look at some used vehicles with him, but then decided that I would rather lease a new one. Armand took me next door to the new vehicle lot and helped me as I looked at the Pilots. I am very happy with my new Pilot and Armand was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Since I had spoken to him on the phone a few times about appointment times before I actually went to the dealer it was like I knew him so when he was showing me the Pilots it was like a friend was looking with me and I felt no pressure. He answered all my questions and was set on meeting all my needs. He was able to get me everything I wanted. I also must say that he was able to get me a great deal and I will definetly be going back to Germain in the future as long as they are good to Armand. I will also send friends to see Armand when they are in need of a friendly presence when looking to get into a new or used vehicle. My family and I love our new Pilot. I want to thank Armand for being so wonderful. I saved his cell number in my phone and will be calling him if there is anything else I need.
