This was my second experience buying a new car and my first experience with Germain. My 1st car buying experience at another dealership was awful so I expected this to be the same. I was blown away at the friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy shown by everyone at the dealership, but especially SerefDenizeri and Michael Snell. SerefDenizeri was very knowledgeable, took his time with me, did not make me feel rushed on making a decision, and never tried to push a sale on me. He even stayed past closing a couple nights to accommodate my schedule. After thanking him for his help his words were, "I would want someone to be treating my wife with the same courtesy." He also made sure I got the price I was looking for on the vehicle, which helped us out financially. Michael Snell made the paperwork very quick and smooth, and only advised us on the best decision when purchasing extended warranties, not making us feel forced into buying extras. Two sincerely great guys to be dealing with! Keep up the great work! More

I always see George when I bring my car in to be serviced. He greets me like an old friend and immediately gets the paper work started very soon after I arrive. Today I brought my car in late in the day at 4:00 p.m. for a lube,oil change, and tire rotation. He was just as interested in doing a good job for me at that hour even though I am sure he must have been tired at the end of the day. Usually I bring my car at the beginning of his work day. He treats me with great respect and is very sensitive to the fact that I do a lot of volunteer work and sometimes, not today, I have a full schedule of hospital visits for my church or a hospice visit as a volunteer for Avow Hospice here in Naples. A few months ago he gave me a beautiful loner car so I could make those visits while my car was being serviced with services that required more time. He accommodates me to the fullest and I am most appreciative. I have no trouble waiting for my car on almost all occasions. I am very happy to use the computer in the waiting room which is a huge plus for me and there is also a first class coffee machine in the same waiting area. I love to go to Germain Honda in Naples as you can read! I would appreciate your complimenting George on his exceptionally good care of my needs each time I come to his Germain Honda Service area.
