He was extremely pleasant, we talked about the car then we went for a test drive. Every question I asked him about the car he knew the answers. We then talked about how much I could afford and what I wanted for my trade in. After going back and forth with the Sales Manager Ramos got me a great deal. He made sure that the car was detailed an inspected it with me to make sure I was happy with everything. He gave me his cell phone in case I had any questions or concerns. Who does that? Ramos does to make sure that if something was wrong or I had any more questions I could get in touch with him. It was the best experience I have ever had with buying a car. No pushy salesman, no hassel just a great sales person an honest guy. I will recommend him to any of my friends who are looking to buy a Honda. More

We lost two cars in Hurricane Sandy last year. One was a Honda Odyssey that belonged to my Father who passed away a few years ago. It was the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. I had a broken foot at the time and called and spoke with Mike Soles. He asked me a few key questions then called me back and told me he had a car for me. It was everything I wanted, even the color, and the price was right. We picked it up later that day. I came back later for orientation and Karen Attewell was very helpful. Thank you, Mike, Karen and Michael for making the process pain free. I feel like we still have a part of my Dad with us. But I had specific amenities in mind. Arriving at the dealership I met Dalia and explained to her what I wanted, she was so gracious and understanding. It took me several trips to get and understand what was available. The dealership did not have the accord with the amenities I wanted. Dalia called me later to let me know that they had found one so my husband and I met with her the next morning. We talked, told her what we were willing to pay based on sales of the same car in our area. She took the information to the manager, Ben Hartmann who returned to the desk where we were sitting, stood "over" the desk and said, "this is the price and he had no intention of loosing any money". We got up and left, Ben followed us out in a minute or two and said,"good luck finding the car, there were no others in the state of Florida". We told him that Ft Myers was not that far away. My husband drove to Ft Myers as we left, about 35 minute drive from Naples. Went in, told the salesman what we wanted and within five minutes he was on the phone and located the same car and said he could have it for us the next morning. We got our price, got everything, the next morning at 11 o'clock I had my beautiful new Honda exactly the way I wanted. We paid about $1000 more but the service and attitude were as they should be. Germain Honda in Naples not only lost this sale but we will be buying a 2014 Honda Odyssy by January 1, 2014 and it will be from the Ft Myers Honda dealership. Not only did Ben Hartman loose 2 sales he deprived Dahlia the commission that was rightfully hers. When we brought the car home complete with new license plates, I sent a photo to Mr Hartman.his reply Mrs Tabor, I'm happy for you and your husband. I know you'll enjoy your new accord. Having just retired and looking forward to doing some traveling we needed to get a new car that was 1) comfortable to ride in, 2) would get good gas mileage, and 3) came with a good warranty. However, I was looking forward to the purchasing process about as much I look forward to my next root canal. Happily, Seref, Peter and everyone else at Germain Honda made this a pleasant and painless experience. On our first visit to Germain Honda, Seref took us on a test drive of a 2013 CRV EXL. He answered all of our questions and exerted zero pressure. He didn’t ask the usual irritating questions (how much do you want to spend? Do you have a trade in? What is your time frame for making a decision? Can I have your telephone number, email address, etc?). After visiting several other dealers and driving other small SUV’s we decided on the CRV, and we liked Germain’s lifetime powertrain warranty. Being a USAA member I wanted to take advantage of their automobile purchase program. Unfortunately, Germain Honda is not one of USAA’s approved dealers, and the nearest one was 100 miles away. Before returning to see Seref, we obtained a price quote from the USAA approved dealer and also obtained a purchase offer on our trade-in from another dealer. While taking a second test drive, Seref asked if we had dollar amounts in mind for the purchase price and the trade in. I gave him copies of the purchase and trade-in offers. After reviewing these with management, Seref returned to say they would pretty much match these bids, and the only items remaining to resolve were the cost of some add-on’s we wanted. They reduced the price of these and the deal was made. Seref turned us over to Peter to sign all the papers. In spite of the number of documents required, Peter made this process pretty easy. After the car was detailed, Seref drove it to the front door and noticed the gas gauge was low. He then drove us to a nearby gas station and filled the tank for us. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased. More

On the morning of 3/6/13, I placed a call at 8:15 am not realizing that the I was looking to trade in my Wife's Civic for the Honda Accord Touring. On the morning of 3/6/13, I placed a call at 8:15 am not realizing that the dealership wasn't open until 8:30 am but Tim Stack had answered the phone and a meeting was set up. I was greeted by Dalia Levine- Epstein and Tim with smiles on their faces and ready to answer all my questions. Little did I know how much knowledge they had about this vehicle. The features are unbelievable on this thing. Tim and I went for test drive and I fell in love with this car. Now the time came for the haggling or so I thought. Dalia ask me what it was going to take to have me drive the Touring home. After some thought I gave her a price and waiting for her to say that they couldn't do that she instead said give her a minute and she would she what she could do. Low and behold they took my offer. I couldn't believe how easy she made this. Met with Peter Amory to sign paperwork. I was greet again with another smile and shake hand. Peter explained all my different options I had available to me. No pressure to pick and choose, just what I wanted. Enjoyed the small talk we had while doing the paperwork and didn't feel like he was just there to close the deal. Dalia then took the time to cover some of features again and there are many that comes with touring. Gave me her cell number to call with any questions or concerns. Really? Who does that? Dalia does. I would have thought her job was done but she goes the extra mile.This by far was the best experience I have ever had buy a car. Would I ever buy here again? You bet. Would I recommend someone to buy here? I sure would. Thank you all at Germain Honda for treating me like a friend not someone you just want to sell a car to. Did I say how much I love my wife's 2013 Honda Accord Touring? I really do!! More
