This is our second time dealing with Germain Honda and Seref, and it was every bit as enjoyable as our first. We went in with the intention of trading down from our Honda Pilot to a smaller used vehicle t Seref, and it was every bit as enjoyable as our first. We went in with the intention of trading down from our Honda Pilot to a smaller used vehicle to save money on gas and out the difference in the bank. Seref took us around the lot to look at a few used cars they had available, and we ended up liking a used Civic that had about 60k miles on it. When we fully explained to Seref what our plans were, and what we were looking to get out of the deal (money in the bank, mostly), he suggested we lease a new Accord. At first we were a bit apprehensive about the idea, not being very familiar with leasing, but after Seref patiently took a half an hour explaining the pros and cons of leasing and going through all the math for us, we saw that it was absolutely the perfect option for us. It ended open costing the same over three years for us to lease a brand new Accord as it would have cost to buy the used Civic we were looking at. This one on one attention and his ability and willingness to listen and find the perfect solution is why we specifically requested Seref. When trading in our Pilot, we got to talk to Neal who took the time to explain to us how they come up with trade-in values and was very thorough in answering all of our questions. Even though we were haggling to some extent over the price, the whole thing never felt adversarial, and we feel like we got a good price for our trade-in especially considering that we didn't have to go through selling it ourselves. The best part of dealing with Seref is that he takes the time to understand his customer's situation and presents them with the best options that fit their needs. Being able to trust that someone at a dealership is going to treat you right is such a great experience, and the guys at Germain and Seref especially have earned a customer for life. If I ever move out of state, I would seriously consider making future car purchases while in Florida visiting family just so I could deal with Seref and the team at Germain. More

I purchased a new 2011 CR-Z, which Seref located for me on a Saturday and arranged to have delivered to the dealership on Monday. I was offered a generous trade-in on my 2006 Civic along with some very nice extras added to the CR-Z package. All of the people I have met at this dealership are very personable and professional. Seref comes highly recommended as an earnest listener and a generous soul who "steers" his customers in the right direction with his valuable knowledge and experience. More

We also worked with the financing team; incidentally, they were able to come to us with a very reasonable financing option. All this happened without much haggling or need for extensive negotation. First of all buying a brand new car is a really different First of all buying a brand new car is a really different experience ,anyway I was looking for buy a new car almost last 2 years (specially if yo First of all buying a brand new car is a really different experience ,anyway I was looking for buy a new car almost last 2 years (specially if you are using 2000 mercury and going garage for fixing something every 2-3 months period) , and start checking first at internet about new cars price or technical information, and finally I decided buy a new car 5 months ago , I had a visit couple car dealers at Fort Myers but usually first things I didn't like it is, they are not so friendly , 3 months ago one of my friend told me why don't you check Germain Honda there is a guy he's name is Seref Denizeri and he can help you (my friend also bought he's car from same dealer) ,I just want a try ,and my first day off went to Germain Honda Naples , after park my car I started looking a new cars , an in a minute one lady just came, and ask me so nicely about help,I said I'm looking for Mr. Seref , she said he is busy but I'll let him know you want a see him , after 1 minute Mr. Seref is came out and he said hi how are you , sorry about waiting , I'm little busy but soon as possible I'll be with you ,it was so nice responding that quickly, and after 2 hours I was driving my brand new Honda Civic to home without any questions in my head,I'm so happy with my new car.He is a true professional and very friendly. We were introduced to Seref and he took the ball and ran with it from that point on. Giving us many reasons for considering the purchase of a new van verses a maintence agreement for our already 4 year old van that needed several things done that would not be covered with the new extended warranty, we chose to go the new route. Seref did answer all our questions with great knowledge, was very descriptive in his explanations and never pressured us. I was looking to purchase a Honda Odyssey. I wanted to do it online and save myself some of the hassles of walking in. I was in touch with germain Hondas internet team. They promptly returned messages but were reluctant to answer my questions. I had explained to them what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. Their Internet sales person told me to come in that they had the vehicle I was looking for at the price I wanted. I then explained that I lived far away (55 miles) and that I presently had a deal on the table but they had not offered me what my trade was worth. I explained in detail, what I had for trade, mileage, condition and what I was being offered for my vehicle. The internet sales person assured me that he spoke with his manager and that the deal was possible. I drove 55 miles and met with the sales person who showed me the car while they evaluated my trade. After 30 minutes he came back and showed me some figures: a) The vehicle we had been discussing for the past week was priced higher then we agreed upon. b)Their offer for my trade was $3,500 less then the offer I currently had on the table. All of this had been explained in great detail to the sales person and he assured me we could have a deal the day before. So heres the diffrence:Almost $5,000 more at Germain Honda. I politely thanked the salesman and left having wasted my time, energy and gasoline. Horrible experience, will not deal with them again. More

The buying experience was easy and Dalia and Michael went out of their way to get us the deal and the van we wanted. Not living close to the dealership, Dalia worked with me over the phone and email until w out of their way to get us the deal and the van we wanted. The sales manager, Michael, emailed me personally to let me know he could make the deal work at the price I was comfortable with. Once we got to the dealership we had agreed on a deal within 20 minutes (and this included appraising our trade). There was not a van in the trim level we wanted on the lot so Michael called around for four days until he found one with the options and colors we wanted. He would call me daily to let me know what was happening. This was our second purchase from the dealership. The first time was just as satisfying, which is why we chose to buy from them again. I could not be happier with our buying experience. I would definitely recommend working with Germain Honda and both Dalia and Michael. More
