We were out visiting dealerships all day looking to purchase a Honda civic for my mother. We had been to Honda Ft Myers and a few other places all day. We arrived at Honda Naples about 4PM for our last stop; we were tired and disappointed from our earlier experiences. We should have come here FIRST!! Seref was not only delightful, but easy to deal with and was very congnizant of the budget my mother was on. He was able to get her into the card she wanted within the monthly payment she wanted with no stuggle at all. She is thrilled!! My husband and I were so impressed, we decided to also puchase my husband's new vehicle from Seref as well - a Honda Ridgeline. We are very happy and would go to Seref again. I highly recommend him and his team. Also, he is an animal lover, which makes him even more likeable!!!! Also need to throw in Kudos for the new salesman in training, who was also very pleasant to us, and the finance guy, who made the finance paperwork very simple and painless. THANK YOU!!! I walked in Germain Honda of Naples after a long day of other competitors .... saw a beauty of a car which i thought would suit my needs and got an offer which I wasn't too fond of.... BUT that being of co other competitors .... saw a beauty of a car which i thought would suit my needs and got an offer which I wasn't too fond of.... BUT that being of course that I have bad credit and want to pay nothing for a whole lot of something. After going home and reviewing all the information at hand I came to the already obvious realization that this establishment is the actually "HUGEEEEST" dealership in SW FL ... and for you folks reading this I came back for the deal, they did not call, they didn't have to do anything .... take it from me I went up and down the coast and even the East coast (to a certain extent though) and found absolutely NOTHING better than what I found at Germain Honda of Naples.... as a matter of fact I had an "insider" who steered me here even though before all was said and done told me NOT to shop in Naples. I have been one to read many reviews especially before I make a certain decision as big as this one ... but let me tell you with my credit score and down payment.... Manager Daryl Day ..... a very upfront, tell you how it is gentleman, worked with me the best he could....the salespersons' Jenny Gonzalez and Robert Wallace you ask? If I could, I would of liked to have them both gotten the commission on this sale...I know already after a weekend of shopping I would honestly rather have no one else acquire my money other than these two salespersons and the team backing them up.... aside from not getting this car for free I found nothing less than perfection with the sales, management and financing department. My husband and I were more than satisfied with our experience at Germain Honda of Naples and with the manager, Ben Hartmann, and sales consultant, Alex Armas. We were immediately given a test ride i experience at Germain Honda of Naples and with the manager, Ben Hartmann, and sales consultant, Alex Armas. We were immediately given a test ride in the Honda Accord we were interested in leasing. We then sat down with Alex to work out a deal. They took a 10 year old car and we drove out with the 2013 Accord. We even had a choice of color! We were treated with the utmost courtesy by every person we came in contact with at the dealership. They even made the paperwork easy and called our insurance company for us. This was our first experience with a Honda car and I don't think it will be our last. The dealership is run very professionally in a very friendly manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. More

My experience with Germain Honda of Naples was outstanding! When I visited the dealership I hadn't intended on purchasing a new vehicle, but rather I wanted to view the new 2013 models, obtain outstanding! When I visited the dealership I hadn't intended on purchasing a new vehicle, but rather I wanted to view the new 2013 models, obtain information about the features, and investigate prices. John McDonnell had such a positive influence on my husband and myself, that we ultimately purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Sedan-EX-L model on the very same day. When we were viewing models on the lot, John McDonnell readily introduced himself to us, asked if we were interested in a particular model, had any questions, and if we wanted to test drive a vehicle. We were interested in the Honda Accord Sedan EX-L model, and one had just come in, so we were able to test drive the exact model we were interested in. I can't say enough about John McDonnell. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and most accommodating. He worked overtime, and explained all the new features of the Honda, and even connected our cell phones to the Bluetooth. I was really impressed that he wasn't a highly pressured salesman, and truly went above and beyond to make a deal work for us. His initial price of the vehicle was out of our price range, however he conferred with the manager, Ben Hartman several times about our offer, and eventually a price was agreed upon. We certainly would deal with Germain Honda of Naples again and certainly would recommend the dealership. I rated all survey questions 5 stars, and would definitely recommend John McDonnell, and Ben Hartman, as the made sure we were most happy with our purchase! More
