Entered the dealerships beautiful showroom expecting my salesman from a year ago when I was hunting down a new lease when I was delightfully greeted at the entrance by Dan, who immediately introduced himse salesman from a year ago when I was hunting down a new lease when I was delightfully greeted at the entrance by Dan, who immediately introduced himself and said that my original fellow had left but he would happily help me. I told him exactly what I wanted to accomplish and didn't want to spend the entire day there, so he reviewed my written notes and in no short order had introduced me to Peter and within a relatively reasonable amount of time, I had a deal. I actually didn't know the deal was accepted until I left and returned and they had passed me through financing, which I thought would be my stumbling block, and they did yoemen work, getting all the finances in order. While I was out running around, returning a friend to her husband, and then going home to walk my dog, returning three times to the dealership, Dan and Peter were able to work around my crazy schedule for the afternoon, and the joy of the day was that I drove home with a magnificent new leased Honda Civic EX, and for me, it is my 'Ferrari'. They spiffed it up, whatever they do in the bowls of the shop to make sure it was spotless in as much as it had been raining most of the time we spent together. Dan transferred all my belongings and off I drove. Peter, organized isn't the word, he is incredibly organized, and within 5 minutes he had me through the financial paperwork and off I went. Dan was fabulous, in that he was the one running the gauntlet for me and did an amazing job of settling my questions and concerns quickly and with expertise, he had a wonderful sense of humor and knew exactly what to do, when to do it and was a gentleman always. I made him aware of a quote I had received from another Florida dealer, and asked if he could meet or beat the price. After a short consultation with the sales manager, he made an extremely competitive offer. He then told us when he would be receiving a shipment of 2012 CR-V LX models, and the colors available in the shipment. My wife and I picked the blue, and we began the purchase process. We were introduced to Peter Amory, who took us through all of the paperwork in an expeditious and courteous manner. The car arrived 4 days later, was professionally prepped by the dealership, and Dan was available when we arrived for pickup. We finished the paperwork with Peter, received an extremely well-planned explanation of the relevant details of the car's operating features from Dan, and drove away extremely happy with both the car and the buying experience. When we pulled up at Germain Honda of Naples, Dalia came walking out to greet us and ask what we might be interested in. Dalia took us over to the CRV's,explained the vehicle thoroughly,took us out for a test drive and then sat down and discussed exactly what we were looking for in the crv. Although they didnt have the crv we wanted Dalia and Mike the manager said they would get it to the showroom in a couple of days. When Dalia called to say the car was in we came in and spoke to dalia and dan beveridge about pricing and options. When we got close on everything Neal Wolf came over and the deal was done. It is hard to explain how easy these people at Germain Honda made it for us to purchase a new vehicle and it all started with the way we were greeted and treated by Dalia and Dan. Last was Peter that took care of the financing and final touches on completing the deal. He was very professional and got us a better rate then i could get through my credit union. This was done after knowing we were from out of state and would not be a follow -up customer. He got us coffee and talked to us about the service,and suggested follow-up procedures with our Honda dealer back in Michigan. I established a feeling of confidence with the entire dealership because of our association and communication with Lee.
