He truly took the time to understand my concerns and more than that he understood where I was coming from. He really is a great representative of your dealership. You truly have a customer for life. In fact, the entire group from Seref, to the Sales manager Mike to Pete who handled my paperwork was top notch. Total professionals. I will continue to bring my Accord to your service department as they have always treated me right and more importantly do great work. I reached out to Seref approximately two months ago and at that time, it didn't make sense for me. He was very upfront about that. I appreciated that. He kept me in mind and sent me an email on Friday (2/15) and we finalized everything on Sat (2/16). I was really impressed at how he remembered me and reached out with an offer. That offer was out of my price range, but the entire group worked to get me happy. Truly a pleasure to work with your dealership. I'll be a walking advertisement for Seref and the entire group. Mr Denaglie was rude. He immediately accused me of damaging the tire sensor. It was the second malfunctioning sensor in three months. I bought the car in Boston where they are polite and helpful.
