I hate having to buy a new car. I have always hated the entire experience and on a couple of occasions walked out of a dealership, never to return again. Dalia made the entire experience lovely and a pleasure. She wasn't pushy; she was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. For instance: while we were signing all of the paperwork (it was getting late and dark and I was tired and brain dead) she transferred ALL of our belongings from our old CRV to our new one, in order to save us time. When we discussed the miles we drove in a ten year period (83000) and Irv asked about leasing as opposed to buying, she looked at the figures and the benefits, of both options and said, in her opinion, leasing made perfect sense. I believe she worked out the best deal for us. She was cheerful and helpful and didn't rus us. Too bad we don't need another car. I would definitely buy it from Dalia Levine-Epstein. Everything was great until I found out that they never going to follow thru with the small touch-ups that were promised when we purchased the car. There was a small dent and scratch on the front of the hood which Robert promised they would and could touch up. After 5 trips with each time being a different reason they didn't touch up the paint they fixed it with what looks like whiteout spilled some on the headlight and the color doesn't match at all. When questioned why Robert just said oh well what can I say. I then tried to contact Robert's manager Daryl who said to go there and show him the area in question. When I got there I was informed that he was not in today I then heard him on the phone with another salesperson saying he was in the back. Being lied to is very bad customer service. More

This was the most satisfying auto sales purchase that I have ever had. Dahlia treated me as if she were representing my interests alone. When we picked up the vehicle Dahlia was thorough in explaining all the features on the car including all the new technology. The new car was immaculate when we picked it up and I felt like I just opened the box of a new smartphone-perfect! Glad to be back to a Honda. More
