I was misled as to the price and the options. A $700 dealer fee was added to the price at the last minute. They actually removed items from the car whcih were supposed to be included. If the price is quoted, it should be the price paid. Their methods of adding unnecessary fees is extremely misleading. I will not return. More

Came in a couple of weeks ago and spotted a CPO Honda Odyssey. Met Dahlia Epstein. She kept in touch with me and offered several options to try to over come my busy schedule that kept me from coming in Odyssey. Met Dahlia Epstein. Finally was able to come back to the dealer today. "My" van was still on site so I began the negotiation process. Was able to agree on a price and had a good experience with the finance manager, the business manager, and the detailing department. Dahlia is very knowledgeable about all the Honda vehicles. She is very patient and went out of her way to answer all of my questions. And, despite the freezing weather, she sat in the van with me to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles I had just purchased. It was a true pleasure working with her and I drove with a good feeling knowing that I will be able to call on her if I have any questions or need any help in the future. More

I went to trade in my Lexus and came out with a beautiful new CRV. The staff was wonderful to work with and helped to try to get me the best possible deal. This is our third lease from Germain Honda. Our Sales advisor, Dahlia Epstein was very informative and a pleasure to work with.
