My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2006 Mercedes that was upside down in payments/value. We left with a 2010 Honda Accord 3-year lease, and payments a little less than the Mercedes. Karen went above and beyond helping us make the deal. A couple months later, my husband found a job with AFLAC and needed a car. Back to the Honda dealership we went looking for another deal. Long story short, Karen helped us again find a certified used Accord, a 2007 with about 26,000 miles. I cannot tell you have important and how thankful it was to work with a dealership that was straight to the point with my purchase. I am not a person who likes to "wheel and deal".
