I shopped a few dealers in the area in the last week before stopping back at Germain Honda. I am not a frequent car shopper so I thought I would check out the other guys first. Bought my last car, a Civic, in 1999 at Germain and was happy with both the sales and the service then. Germain was a winner once again. The delightful Dalia introduced me to Jesse Palma and he delivered the car I wanted. The process was quick, efficient and freindly. Jesse knew I had looked around and listened to what I was wanting in a car. He didn't try to oversell me which I certainly appreciated. Nor did he "read from the script" which I also appreciate. I will be happy to recommend Jesse and the Germain Honda team. More

I cannot speak any more highly about German Honda and, in particular, two of your employees. About a month ago, I was having some service completed on my older Honda CR-V and began to talk with Lee Glesmer. particular, two of your employees. I mentioned my wife and I were thinking about a new car and he suggested I contact Seref Denizeri. I went into the showroom and introduced myself. We talked about everything but cars for two hours. We found a common interest in history, politics, and world cultures as we exchanged ideas. Several weeks later, we returned to begin our car quest in earnest and went immediately to Seref. He remembered me and we began to tell him our needs. He was most helpful, with no sales pressure. He walked us through the specs on the 2012 CR-V and patiently answered our questions, also showing us how the CR-V stacked up to its competitors. We left the dealership very much enthused. When we returned several days later, we sat down, told him our price, and Seref was able to meet our needs. I never have had an auto-purchasing experience like this one and would eagerly recommend Germain to friends. And, in particular, I would recommend Seref to my friends. In addition to his professionalism, he was kind, courteous, friendly, and easy to talk to. Lee, in service, is much the same way. He has always greeted us with a smile and bent over backwards to solve our problems. Both Seref and Lee are tremendous assets for German Honda, and I hope they continue to work there for many years to come. More

Karen made the a sale to my wife and she and I were pleased with the great skills she had. Knows everything about the vehicle and this made it easy to make the final purchase. We visited other car dealers who did not know the features and just wanted to make a sale with the usual smoke and mirrors. One thing that we noticed you did not have sales staff hanging outside like flies or smoking near the front of the show room at this dealer. Noticed nice waiting area when in for oil change with water & good coffee machine instead of the coin deal or burned out pots with old coffee. Now back to Karen... She was great no pressure and came back first time with a good deal. We knew what our trade was worth and the dealer invoice so we thought this was a good deal compared to other smoke and mirror dealers we visted. The first vist was low key and several conversations about the vehicle on the phone and then 2nd visit. The test drive next day and she had vehicle ready to go. Well it was history after Karen went over the features of the car during the test drive. It is hard to sell my wife a car and I really did not expect the out come to go so well. GREAT JOB KAREN !!!!! Now along comes Peter the buisness manager who had all the paper work done in about 20 minutes and we picked up the vehicle the next day. More
