I purchase a 1999 Honda Accord and this is the 2nd time in 6months the transmission is gone since i purchase it one problem after another you can not receive a proper return call from the employees there o in 6months the transmission is gone since i purchase it one problem after another you can not receive a proper return call from the employees there originally there were a service guy there name Tony who was very plesant and try to assist with all your needs but i was told the fired him and he is no longer there but that is not my problem my problem is getting the assistant from this company that i need. I have been buying Honda's from Germain for five years. They are not like any other Dealer. I go there because of the product but, most of all because of the way I am treated whenever I have an issue. Most They are not like any other Dealer. I go to them and they treat me like someone. The Sales Manager, the Sales Specialist Dalia, the Service Dept. are all kind helpful and vert respectfull. I have sent four people there and each one has gotten a new Honda. If all American business were like Germain how much better off would we be. Thank You all so much and I will be back.
