I was looking to get a better car because mine was very old and had lots of miles. I previously went to another dealer and I felt dissatified after I left. They weren't very helpful and they tried to make old and had lots of miles. I previously went to another dealer and I felt dissatified after I left. They weren't very helpful and they tried to make me purchase some car i never heard and all together they left a bad taste in my mouth. But a friend told me to try Germain Honda and boy am I glad i went. Karen was so hopeful and friendly. I didn't get the car i wanted but the alternative was so great that it didn't even matter that.
